First: No more mexican food. Purely Asian, some weird, BUTEVERYTHING I’VEHADWASWONDERFUL. Second: I’ve NEVER liked the Asian food BCS had to offer. Thai Taste was pretty good, BUTWOKAMOLEISFANTASTC. I go once a week and sometimes order delivery. They’re very fast about it. Third: Everything is super fresh and never too sweet(one of my biggest complaints at most places). Fourth: Here are my favorites(which means the only things I’ve had): Green Curry Chicken, Spicy Combo, Hunan Beef, and Panang Curry Chicken. The crab puffs are HUGE and yummy. The owner is Linda, and she’ll happily explain dishes whose content is not obvious. I just wish they didn’t have such a goofy and misleading name.

Nice owners! Reasonable price with great food. One of the most authentic chinese restaurants in town(of course you need to know the hidden menu). I love the place and almost go there everyweek.

Great food low prices…$ 5.99 lunch includes choice of delicious soup, steam or fried rice, entrée. I came in two days in a row for lunch. Very few people enjoying this wonderful food. Avoid the lunch crowds at the Univ. Ave joints and come here. Had the Hunan Chicken and Pepper Beef. Excellent.

They got rid of the Mexican food… WHHHYYYYY!?! I will probably still order here occasionally but probably not as frequently, as the variety of cuisine was a draw for my roommates and me when we couldn’t agree on what to order.

Came here for a quick bite after school, the food is wonderful and full of flavor, and the service was very nice, what it lacks in looks it makes up in what really matters, great tasting food!

I was extremely impressed with wok a mole. I was not expecting such awesome food. The service was great, I mean above and beyond. I hate being pestered by waitstaff almost as much as not having anyone ever come see if I need anything at all. They had the perfect service level. Everyone working had excellent attitudes, friendly, and courteous. Our drinks never ran low and our food came out super fast! The restaurant is clean and comfortable. The best part by far(as it should be) was the food! My GOD! Fresh ingredients, and they answered all of my random vegetarian questions. They had no issue with substitutions(tofu for meat). The portions were perfect, very filling and enough to take some home. We also got a dessert(fried ice cream) and it was beautiful! Not to mention tasty. The food was healthy aside from dessert :) and I don’t feel like crap after indulging. Definitely returning and recommending it to friends and family!

I stumbled on this restaurant by chance. I had no expectations. What a lucky find. The service was just the right amount and very friendly. The food was excellent — very high quality. Definitely will be returning.

Been here before, had the green curry with tofu and it was superb. Today I decided to go back and try their pad thai. Drove there, ordered. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. When I got home i pulled out the to-go box from the carryout bag and noticed the bag was drenched. So i continued to inspect my order and opened the box. At first glance the noodles looked dry because 99% of the sauce dripped out. Every aspect of the dish resembled normal pad thai other than the lack of sauce. So I called back to the restaurant to let them know about the mishap. They told me they do not make pad thai with the normal pad thai sauce, but that they use a white sweet n sour sauce. At that time i let them know that there was no sauce present in my noodles. It looked like they boiled the noodles and topped it with all the ingredients. So I took it back and asked for a refund. At this point they inspected it and offered to remake it for me, but this time with a traditional sauce. I insisted that it was not necessary and that a refund would be enough. Well they were more than happy to refund my money, but they insisted that I take home a new version of the dish as well. I offered to skip the refund and just take the new version of the dish but they refused and insisted that i take it for free. After 10 minutes they had the order out. I got home and the bag was dry. No sauce leaked out. The pad thai was indeed cooked with a traditional sauce and let me tell you, it came out pretty amazing. I am very satisfied with how they treated the situation. I commend their customer service and will definitely be a returning customer.

I loved stopping by El Gallito… great tacos, always seemed busy. Now? The breakfast tacos are still a good deal, but — their business appears to have fallen off the cliff. Another oriental restaurant already failed in that location. Since this is not Fusion Oriental-Mex, why bother? There are already many other choices for either Mex or Oriental, and their Mexican clientele seems to have abandoned the place. The Chinese market never went there to begin with. There is a business lesson here, if not the same great food.

I’d actually give the food an eight, which is really a good rating but the quality of their delivery was the best I’ve seen bar none. It was here within 20 minutes and the food was very hot. I know that won’t happen every time just because of the factor of the number of orders they might have at any given time but the fact they did so well at all is impressive to me. It’s been my experience most employees of these establishments are looking to get paid with doing little more than they are pushed to do. Lack of ambition doesn’t seem to be the case here though. I hope they can maintain the standard. Very impressed.

I was so excited when I heard from user Greg D that this was the same old Jalisco. In my experience, that was not at all the case. The staff here was different(at least the night that I was here) and the service was lacking(it took twice as long). The food was so bad. First, the free chips were undercooked and chewy. The salsa salsa was in a tiny dish with a third of the amount that they used to serve. We ordered our favorite Jalisco burritos for $ 5.75 each. They were significantly smaller than they used to be and almost inedibly salty. We tried the hot and sour soup and that was the only good thing of the night. Overall, the service and the food are worse than they were at El Gallito. The menu is lackluster and the food is terrible. Don’t let the name fool you, there is nothing healthy about this place.

Well this is just weird. Stopped by one of my favorite taco haunts and it’s different, yet the same. El Gallito De Jalisco has closed and in it’s place are the same staff, same menu, different sign and name. Was able to order my regular tacos, chicken fajita and beef on corn. Tacos were exactly the same. Cute fun girls still the same. When asking why it’s now called Wokamole Asian & Mexican they said that it’s a new restaurant and that the Asian menu will be available Monday. Not aware of a mixed Asian /Mexican Restaurant in Bryan /College Station. Two of my favorite things in one place. Can’t wait to try the Asian. Bizarre.
