I am a behavioral therapist in general practice for thirty years in Bryn Mawr PA, working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I use a contemporary, evidenced-based protocal (ACT) Acceptance Commitment Therapy, which is mindfulness-value-based method used to treat a number of concerns such as family dysfunction, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, impulse control, anger/aggression, and substance abuse.

Established in 1984.
I am a graduate of Swarthmore and Byn Mawr Colleges and I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. I am trained in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families using evidenced-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Stimulus-Control, Exposure/Response Prevention, Habit Reversal, and Family Systems Therapy. I’ve worked in Bryn Mawr for thirty years.
