I am a solo attorney, in practice since 1980, focusing primarily in estate planning (wills, powers of attorney, health care directives) and probate and estate administration; and residential, commercial and industrial real estate; forming and counseling small businesses (corporations, partnerships, LLC’s), and historic preservation.

Established in 1980.

Mr. Humes served as corporate counsel for the Reading Company from 1980 – 1991 and worked on transactions that included the construction, leasing, management and sale of the 31 story ARA Tower in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, leasing and property management for the Reading Terminal Market, issues related to the site selection of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, due diligence and document preparation and review for various corporate acquisitions, and the leasing, sale and property management issues for a portfolio of 700 parcels of real estate.
