Ask them to change my oil, which I normally do myself, and ask them to perform the state inspection. I walked to Star Bucks and when I returned they said that their inspection guy had called in sick and that the oil drain plug was stripped. They said that the last place that had changed my oil had stripped the oil pan drain hole. Well I knew better since I was the last one that had changed the oil. I left with nothing getting done. I changed my oil latter that day and the only issue was that the rubber Oring that is formed into the drain plug was messed up. I bought a new plug at Auto Zone for $ 4 and ever thing was perfect. These nimrods assumed that since the plug was leaking a little that it was stripped. Their mechanical skills suck.

I’ve been here several times and the auto wash is broken. The credit card machine hasn’t worked in years. I finally stopped trying. They just don’t want the business I guess.
I used to get my state inspections here. Two years ago I went when it was sprinkling a little bit. I was overdue by two months for some reason and really needed it done that day. The guys that were standing around doing nothing said that they couldn’t do an inspection in the rain. Seriously? I drove down the street to Kwik Kar and they did it Kwik!
