TSSI/Texas Septic Services & Inspections

I’m a Realtor and my client hired TSSI to complete a septic installation. Terry did a great job selling his services telling my client what he wanted to hear, but then fell short on performance. He signed a contract stating he would finish work by 3÷28÷14, but in fact, the installation didn’t get final approval until 4÷21÷14, over 3 weeks past the original completion date. He said he would have a crew out there working, but for the first two weeks, hardly anyone was there at all. One thing Terry told the homeowner was that Dominic’s emergencies weren’t his emergencies. When I called to ask questions and point out that Terry wasn’t doing what he said he would do, he became beligerant and said if I showed up at the job site anymore he would walk off the job. While Terry’s installation was good as far as I know, his attitude is terrible and you can’t count on what he says.
