Not for this location but for adp they messed up payroll several times and now w2 is messed after you filed taxes and have to file amended return when you talk to them on phone they were rude I said we have had a lot of problems since switching to them and she told me risky they don’t need to listen to negativity really how about you have some accountability for your company

I guess I’m going to have my negative review to everybody else is negative review I have never in my entire life dealt with such a frustrating currently as ADP I can’t even begin to express to you the frustrations of trying to deal with this company all I can say is God help you if your customer of ADP

Negative 5 worse company I’ve ever dealt with. They are rude and what ever they get paid is too much.

If I could give them NEGATIVE 10 I would. Was with them for years and a tax filing mistake was made by ADP in 2013 (and it is now 2015) and the process of trying to rectify the situation with IRS and ADP has been an absolute nightmare. ADP wants me to pay the interest and penalty on their mistake. I think NOT, but no one is working to get it fixed. I finally closed my account after the company kept trying to autodebit, and now is trying to charge me for NSF. All the reviews are correct, DON“T DO BUSINESS with this company.

What a bunch of crooks!!! I canceled my ADP payroll almost two years ago because they were constantly over charging us. In March of 2014 we finally (after months of debate) received a check for the money they were deducting from our small business account. Now a year and ½ later I get an email from ADP stating they are going to auto deduct money??? We are not even with this company any more. I wish we would never have signed up with them. They promised referral incentives, we NEVER received. Every time I call to get anything resolved no one knows anything. I get put on hold for up to 20 minutes then have to explain everything to the new person. Or my call gets dropped. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company!

I gave ADP a chance for about a year and decided to leave this review. It’s disappointing that a company that thrives on retained large business can’t gear their model & support towards small businesses as well. Note my company has 3 employees, and the experience for a larger firm may differ.
The pros:
Overnight delivery of payroll materials
RUN ADP Online system is easy to use
When signing up as new customer, the service is top notch
The cons:
— Multiple financial errors by ADP, including erroneous/​mysterious charges (that took much work for them to correct and admit fault on)
— ADP mixed up newly entered bank account info, didn’t pay my employee, and charged my company a 2^nd payroll fee after they admitted fault and «fixed the issue» by finally paying that person.
— Once you are a customer, you no longer have a rep and must call the support line
— Wait times for the support line are usually 30 – 45 mins (no joke)
— The support system is designed poorly and is not easy to find the correct line and extensions
— Monthly fees are very expensive, and cost substantially more than newer forward-​thinking concepts
— Closing your account is about as difficult as canceling a gym membership (no joke)
— Once an account is closed, they cut off online access immediately (leaving you without the ability to pull critical data to handle taxes and reference payroll)
— Also, when the account is closed you are promised physical payroll/​fiscal year documents (which never arrived)
Honestly, the service and company model is dated and for a small business you should look elsewhere.

Zero star rating. Organization attempted to convert over to ADP. The implementation team set the system up wrong and was a disaster. Here we are a year later and trying to terminate our services and they have no idea how to produce our information that is in their system. If you talk to any service rep at the 877 number or even escalate the call to a service manager, they will apologize and say they know that their system issues are beyond their knowledge but they just aren’t trained to support their clients.
DO NOT sign up for these services. It’s a nightmare to get anything done. Their system will dropped on your lap and will not customize anything to meet your specific company’s needs. Things seem to be unraveling over there and they just don’t know how to service their accounts. Good-​bye to the worst system ever made… Workforce Now.

How can a payroll service say, oh by the way you owe $ 2,000 from 9 months ago.

If I could give ADP a negative 5 stars I would. Do not do business with them. Biggest mistake was doing business with them. NEVER again!!!

I wish I can give zero for review instead of 1 star. Don’t use their service. I was sold out by their rep, Madeline Hov. I regretted to used their service and so upset with all of her lies. After months passed by, the credits she promised me when I signed up, never showed up. They even charged me more than the service they quoted me. They told me about the labor law poster as part of their service, but never got it. When I finally asked, she said that I have to upgrade to a more expensive service to qualified. Once I told her that I will discontinue the service then she told me that she can talk to the manager to get me the poster & lower my monthly fee. Oh, my God, what such a BS, Madeline.

Useless… especially their customer service.

Biggest mistake was using them, they had a great rep that sold me on it, then they puked all over the service end. I would never consider using them even if they were free. im still paying for issues, and they are still billing me every month even though I canceled 6 months ago

The worst. As soon as taxes for this year are done — I’m gone.
How about this one?
I have a one person Corporation (in the Entertainment field).
I was having a problem with owing personal taxes even after declaring ‘married zero-​’ withholding — so i had ADP create an extra tax of 10% more for Fed tax and 5% more for State tax over and above the ‘married zero’ amount.
I didn’t want any ‘gotchas’ — with me owing thousands in tax at year end.
Every paycheck I told the minimum wage phone clerk who took my payroll…“Please remember to withhold the EXTRA ten Percent Fed and 5% state”.
And they always responded «Yes sir — we will!».
You know ‘the rest of the story’, right?
THEY NEVER withheld the extra amount!
So this year — instead of getting a refund or owing zero — I’m gonna owe 10−15K — at a time right after I bought some expensive equipment for the Corp and when my cash reserves are down to ‘danger’ levels!
Now i know many might say — «Why didn’t you catch this sooner?».
I’m a creative guy — I hired ADP precisely BECAUSE «I don’t do math» and I paid them to take care of this stuff.
DON’T USE ADP!!!

I have been using ADP for 7 years with no problems, however they just lost their 5 star reputation with me. They accidentally gave an extra paycheck for a large amount that they should not have. No problem there, just void the check. The problem is with an extra $ 4,000 in payroll taxes. I spoke to them as soon as I saw the error and I was assured there would be no problem and only the correct amount of the payroll taxes would be deducted. I received corrected paperwork the following day and I assumed all was well. Imagine my shock when I saw the wrong amount taken out of the bank. I called immediately and was assured that the money would be credited today. I waited four hours and kept checking the bank — no money. When I finally called again at 2:45 I was told the money was not credited and would be there tomorrow. We can only hope. I cannot believe I spoke to three different people that told me things would be taken care of and it didn’t happen.
ADP is really good about taking the money out of your account — not so good about putting it back due to their error.

I initially hired them because they were recommended by my bank. What simplier life would be since everything is with the same company. How wrong I was! I’ve had them for a year hoping they would get better. They have been late filing my quarterly taxes which have been late each time. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt when they say they will improve but enough is enough. I finally switched to a different payroll company.

These chimpanzees can make the simplest task complicated. But at least they are consistent. If you want to make sure that your payroll is never right, ever, use ADP!
