As part of the purchase of my new home the last owner purchased termite treatment on my house for almost $ 700. Because it rained on our scheduled day they cancelled on me and have not been returning my phone calls. I am going to pursue legal actions soon if I am not refunded my money not the prior owner. Customers be warned.

Bugmasters has just finished fumigation and suggested repair. I am happy to post this most favorable review. They were professional and timely. I especially want to commend Edgar. Please request this man for your inspection (extremely knowledgable with 15 years experience) and for your repairs and treatments. Very happy with this family owned business. I used them for my personal residence and my mothers home in Tustin.

We just completed both a whole house termite fumigation and termite wood repair order with Bugmasters. I would recommend this company 1000%, their price was very fair, their fumigation team excellent and their wood repair team OUTSTANDING!
This is never a great issue to have to deal with but Bugmasters made the entire process run smoothly. Their customer service folks are also pleasant and thorough.
I love when a company delivers every promise they made and as a business owner myself I can sure appreciate and respect that.

Bugmasters is seriously the best! A few monthes ago we had some bee issues and Joshua at bugmasters came and took care of our problem. Recently we have been dealing with a rodent problem. Rats are in our walls at home and they keep on scratching and crawling around in there. We called Joshua again and he came to check out the problem. He gave us a treatment deal and has been taking care of our issue. We don’t hear anything in the walls anymore and it’s great! Call Josh at bugmasters if you ever have a pest problem. He is great and he listens to you. He also throughly checks everything to make sure he does his job well.
