Churro Factory is located inside Knott’s Berry Farm. If you are a churro enthusiast, you will like this place because they make churros and they are fresh. A churro is about one inch in diameter and one foot long, it is crunchy and it’s coated with sugar and cinnamon. You can either buy just the churro or you can have it with a series of toppings. My girlfriend got a churro sundae for about $ 8. It came with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and boysenberry. The boysenberry was definitely worth because it was sweet to the right point and because it was the berry that made Walter Knott famous … what a treat to try local specialties! If you plan to eat a sundae like the one my girlfriend and I tried you might want to share it with at least one more person because the portion is huge. Churro Factory also offers coffee and hot cocoa. Additional options for toppings are chocolate, strawberry and Bavarian crème. I’m not sure if blueberry was an option as well. Churro Factory rocks Buena Park!

I like Churros a lot. Every time I see it, 90% of the time I get one. This place serves Churro Sundae, stuffed churro, regular churro, and hot pretzels. :Dessert:; The first time I came here I got the regular churro. I really wanted the Churro Sundae but the staff said they couldn’t sell it because the ice cream melted too fast; I’m guessing the machine wasn’t functioning properly. Back to the churro, it was warm, thick, and had the perfect amount of cinnamon. During the Halloween event, again I tried buying the Churro Sundae but they had no more ice cream so I got the regular churro. Later that evening, they had more ice cream so I got to taste it. It came in a plastic container with a long, thick churro topped with strawberries, ice cream, and whip cream. The combination of flavors worked well, it satisfied my sweets craving. :Customer Service: I expressed to Braulio how it was a bit disappointing that every time I come here, something is wrong. For example, I’ve been told, 1) they ran out of churros, 2) no more ice cream, and 3) the ice cream melts too fast so they can’t sell the Churro Sundae. Braulio listened, apologized, and explained that it was a very busy night which I understood. After leaving, a few minutes later, Braulio approached me and said they have ice cream now; that was really nice of him! He was also very polite and professional. Braulio truly cares about the customers! :Rating: 3.5 Stars(rounding to 4) for the regular churro and churro sundae. Compared to all the churros I’ve tasted, the churros here are pretty good. 5 Stars for the excellent customer service from Braulio. I would come here for more churros!
