So I just got back from my long overdue haircut. I’m still fairly new to the area and have been on the hunt for a new hairstylist. Decided to give this place a chance. Long story short I am in happy with my hair. Usually when you get come out of the salon your hair feels bouncy, healthy and shiny. My hair was frizzy and looked like straw. Although Jade was a nice lady she seemed to be in a jury to get to her regular customer. I showed he a picture of an A symmetrical bob… which she confirmed with me would be short in the back and gradually get longer in the front hence the A Cut. Which I’ve done many times. This is not an an A cut bob. It looked even all around and she said she would blow dry my hair now I am used to a blow dry with a round brush. She ended up using a flat iron which was fine but it must have other been a low quality open, the product she used or she was scared to burn me? I’m not sure but my hair was more frizzy then straight. She should have stuck with blow drying with a brush. I’m unhappy and won’t be coming back

It takes forever and it’s pretty expensive but it’s worth it to get your hair done the way you want it. HAPPY CUSTOMER

I am so sad. It’s been 2 weeks, I spent $ 149 plus $ 25 tip to have my hair highlighted. I sat 3 hrs. When she rinsed my hair she used freezing cold water. I had brown dye all over my face, and the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!
. Soooo expensive. Do not go here, unless you want to cry. Oh, and instead of blonde highlights, after 3 hrs, I left with awful reddish, brown hair. Just what I wanted. Yeah

Went in there yesterday. My stylist was really nice but did really bad. When I got home I noticed the hairs framing my face was way longer on the left side. Now I have to pay again to fix it somewhere else…

I was having a sad day and a bad hair day. I have neglected my hair for a while. So my husband pulled out his wallet, handed me cash and said go get a haircut. Now, I am used to spending a lot of money on hair. I mean 3 – 4 times the amount of what FS charges. I was very nervous coming here. Buuuuut… this location had great reviews, and it was close to home. Plus it was still open. So I decided to give it a try. After all, all I wanted was a trim. Nothing crazy, nothing drastic. Just a basic trim. There was no way they could mess it up. At least I hope.
First off, there is nothing fancy here. They don’t offer you champagne, beer, wine or coffee, not even a cookie. No special massages, just the basics. That’s why it is $ 30 for a cut verses $ 100 for a cut.
At 6:00pm on a Thursday I was greeted, signed in and waited about 20 minutes. Shawmara and Jade were both working the night I came. They both have years of experience so I instantly felt comfortable with both of them. I am not sure about the other stylists, but this duo are super cool.
Shawmara sat me down in her chair, we chatted and she gave me the price. I was happy she didn’t charge me extra for having long hair. For under $ 30 I was washed, cut, and dried. Unilocal check in saved me 10%.
My cut was to the point. She cut exactly the amount I wanted off, freshened up my layers, dried my hair with a round brush then styled my hair using BedHead and FS hair products and sent me on my way.
For the price this place is well worth it. I think FS has came a long way over the last decade. If you think about it, they cut hair all day. I am not sure about making a drastic change here, a color job or anything technical but for a basic trim it is A-​okay. Maybe not the best cut ever, which is why I give it 4 stars.
Now, they only have a few stylists working. Which is understandable. If they are not busy, they are losing money while stylists are waiting for clients. Maybe they should have a on call stylist that is close by who can come take care of overflow.
As for other FS in the area this one had the best reviews. I would go back for a trim.
After my visit, I received a survey in my email with a $ 3.00 off coupon on products or services for my next visit.

5-​stars for the stylists, 1-​star for the perpetual understaffing, hence, 3 stars. My son and I came here for haircuts on Sunday and ended up leaving due to the hour-​plus wait time. While it is totally understandable that a salon may be crowded on a weekend, what was less easy to forgive was seeing that only 3 stylists were on staff on a busy weekend day, with the majority of stations left unmanned.
We came back on Monday, figuring it would be less crowded and saw that only one or two people were ahead of us in line. Unfortunately, the wait wasn’t all that much better (30 minutes+) due to only having two stylists on duty and again leaving the vast majority of stations unmanned.
The stylist, Jade, who cut my hair did a great job and was super nice and friendly, the lady who cut my son’s hair was excellent too. The only reason for the lower rating is due to a staffing situation that by definition creates unduly long wait times unless you happen to arrive with literally nobody else at the salon. I have no idea if they just don’t have enough employees on staff at this location, period, or are intentionally keeping staffing schedules light to maximize profits; either way, it makes for a very frustrating experience.

Been coming to this location for almost a year been driving from Corona my past few visits. Jade always does a good job on my hair that’s why I don’t mind the drive from corona. Maria Nicole is also a good stylist keep up the amazing work ladies

Great customer service! This is truly the best experience I’ve had in a really, really long time in a hair salon. I get anxiety when it comes to cutting my hair but Kaitlyn was super awesome! Very professional and patient. She gave me exactly what I wanted and checked with me before making any cuts. Great experience, thank you Kaitlyn!!! I will be back for sure!

The staff is great and I LOVE Maria Nicole. However, lately when I’ve gone they’re always understaffed and very busy. It’s Friday and only 2 working and one was a «new lady», her first day on the job. Really and on a Friday!!! The wait was over an hour. Again, I like the staff and pleased with the haircuts my son gets, just don’t care for having to wait that long. I’m sad to say but I don’t look forward to going there anymore… Ugh

My hair dresser was so nice and friendly! And she cut off nearly a foot of hair so I could make it in time for my appointment in half an hour!!! Awesome service and I absolutely love my hair!

I had ALL one length and bangs down to my shoulders, took a photo of a super short pixie, cut above the ears. I GOT THEE WORST HAIR CUT ON THE PLANET! It looks NOTHING like the picture, SO UNEVEN and sticking out like Bozo at the ears! I cried all the way home, the next day I spent $ 35.00 at a different place getting it fixed. When I called the manager was nice. She offered me a free deep condition or a free styling. MY HAIR IS LIKE 2 INCHES LONG to fix the mess YOUR STYLIST made of it! She admitted that this «stylist» has had many complaints about her! THEN FIRE HER!
How about GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND WHAT I HAD TO PAY TO GET IT FIXED?!

I was really skeptical about coloring my hair at Fantastic SAMs but… Karen saved me! Got my hair done at another place yesterday and they diatribes my hair! My hair was supposed to be brown and Auburn but was pink and brown. Disaster!!! Karen fixed me and I love it! I will definitely be going back!

Recently visited this location, in need of finding a better priced hair stylist. I noticed they were having a $ 25 Cut and style deal. So I went in and the Store manager greeted me, she was very friendly. I asked to simply have a blowout done. I arrived at 11:50 and did not leave until about 1:10.
Although she was very busy taking care of me and another woman who seemed very irritated. I have to say my hair became instantly frizzy when I stepped out that door.
This rarely happens, whether it was the product she used in my hair or the type of brushes IDK. This was my first time getting a blowout at Fantastic Sams and it will be the last. I did not hate my hair but the point was to have them style it, not me come home and do it all over again.
I figured since Im not having my hair cut the blow out should still be $ 25?
No It ended up being $ 35 which is not bad pricing for a blowout, but in this case I felt ripped off. I will just have to go back to my regular girl who does charge $ 50, however my hair looks and feels amazing for up to 3 days.
If you are just looking for a cut this is the place for you.

Thank you Ms Karen for trimming/​cutting my hair the way I like it! :) despite the fact that i didn’t really speak the lingo. AANNNDDDD for making me feel good about my «hidden» gray hairs AAANNNDDDD doing a hair color allergy testing thing LOL will definitely be returning in the future.

Been here for a hair cut a couple of times, and found the customer service attentive and welcoming, the cut fast and easy.
All I wanted was a haircut. .. ¼ inch all around and the back shaved. It’s too hot to wear a lot of hair this summer. For $ 14.95 I can’t beat the price. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
They accept appointments, especially for more technical services like high & low lights and perms. As a walk-​in I waited about 15 minutes, which I felt was reasonable.
All prices with list of services are prominently displayed on their bulletin board.
Lots of free parking.
