Fix Auto Buena Park

Let it be said that I am a regular customer when in need at the Buena Park Fix Auto. Each time I have been there, the elements of my car were totally fixed in a complete, quick, and outstanding manner.
On a Saturday, I came out to my driveway and found my car had been totally keyed on the entire left-​side of it. Feeling very angry and frustrated, I knew it would have to be repainted in every part that was scratched and more. After calling my insurance company, we both agreed that Fix Auto would again be the place for me.
Driving there and checking in, my knowledgable estimator, Jimmy Diaz, analyzed every element of my vehicle and provided the input as to what should be done for my car. What I appreciated is that he stated it would take only about 2 ½ days for it to be done. With that being said, it was completed at the end of that time. With the overview of my car, it looked brand new!
Bottomline: When you need to have your auto fixed – head to Fix Auto and it truly will be!

After having my car rear ended I took it to Fix Auto for repairs. They did awesome work. I want to give a huge shout out to David, he went above and beyond to get my car fixed quickly (even coming in on his day off) so I could return the rental car I was paying for out of pocket. He called me daily to keep me updated on what was going on and when I could pick it up. Cannot thank David enough!!!

From the first day I dropped off my truck I knew it was in good hands. Everyday I received updates via text which was cool to know the progress. Everyone I talked to there were very nice and gave me the time to explain the steps. When I picked up my truck it looked like nothing ever happened the quality was excellent. Who highly recommend. I’m writing this review a few years after having had my service done, but I definitely remember being very pleased with their work.
I had purchased an OEM front bumper from Audi that I needed color matched to my car, so I came here after my sister referred me. The bumper itself was small since it was only the lower half of a full-​sized one and they ended up charging me about $ 200 to have it painted. I’m honestly not sure how this price compares to other body shops because I didn’t go around to ask, so you may be able to find something cheaper. Personally, I wasn’t too concerned at that price, so I just let them do their thing and my bumper came out really great. The color match was spot on and there was hardly any (if at all) «orange peel finish» to the clear coat that you get with cheap paint jobs. As far as customer service goes, I never had a problem with them.
All in all, my entire experience was pretty much this:
1. Drop off bumper.
2. Wait a couple of weeks.
3. Pick up bumper.
I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever have to.

Terrific shop! They were professional, personable, and did a wonderful job fixing my car. Jimmy, the estimator, was friendly, efficient, and made sure my car was repaired perfectly! I highly recommend this company!

This place fixed my car bumper and did a great job. They kept me informed by phone and text letting me know how my car was doing and when it would be ready and it was actually ready 5 days early which is great. My only complaints are that there was a small panel that they forgot to put back in (which they fixed in front of me before I left when I picked up the car), then I had to bring my car back in because my windshield cleaning sprayer was not working after I picked up the car, but they fixed that while I waited so I wouldn’t have to leave my car there again. So, at this point, I am still pretty happy with the service.
But, the next day I got a message from them asking for feedback of their service. Then, they sent a text asking me to fill out a survey of their service, which I filled out, but I still got a call from the same number (but now with no message left) every single day, and sometimes twice a day, during work hours when I cannot pick up the phone. They only left a message the first time they called so I assume that they are still trying to get more feedback but this is at the point of harassment now because I picked my car up almost 2 weeks ago. I finally had to block the number today. If it wasn’t for the excessive phone calls after the service, my feedback would have been 5 stars even with the inconvenience of having to bring the car back because I’m sure they had no idea the hose got pinched when they put my bumper back on… but the phone calls have to stop! One or two calls are ok but every day for 2 weeks is just weird and ridiculous.

2 stars bc the employee I spoke to, Courtney, just had zero patience. When a customer has questions about what you’re planning to do to their car, don’t act so annoyed. Is it terrible that I have questions? When she did respond, it was with an attitude… tried to be subtle, but it was apparent in her face and the tone of her voice. The entire process felt like she was rushing things.
What a way to treat a customer who just got into a car accident…

Awesome service. Fixed my car hood when it wouldn’t close properly. In and out within 30 min. Would definitely recommend this place.

I should have wrote a review on these guys last year. I guess this place still getting same bad reviews as always. Yes, I have my car done here and it was through insurance. It was a great service until my car needed to be fix again. If I didn’t go through insurance I doubt I would have gotten my car fix on the stuff they screwed up on. Long story short, it was he said she said and its not their fault. My insurance said you touch it you fix it. And that’s how I got my car fix second time around. WARNING, ALERT… Do NOT and I would never go back here again even if I go Through my insurance. And just to let you guys know they don’t do the repairs in there, they send it out to another party and they just assembly it back. And don’t believe what they say always get a second opinion if not third. If you got a Japanese cars don’t expect it to be OEM parts when you get your car back. If i could give these guys negative star I would have done it.

This place is a joke! Horrible customer service, circus monkeys are more competent then these clowns. Jimmy has an inability to communicate and inform you of any sort of truth in regards to your car. My car has been in the shop for almost a month now! I was receiving texts informing that everything was on track so the day I was supposed to pick it up, I called and was privileged to hear his bs speech about not knowing what pieces are needed for a car until they put it back together… um what?!? Dude I’m gonna take it to my dealship to ensure these clowns didn’t make it worse… only reason I came here is my insurance made me after we were hit. AVOID THIS CiRCUS AT ALL CoSTS!!!

Very bad service and poor quality of work. They don’t double check the work before they deliver it. God forbid you have a complaint, they will look at you crazy and not apologize, don’t waste your TIME and MONEY. They don’t have my public trust.

Service was amazing! I have a 08 honda civic (bonus, this place is certified Honda repair) that I have taken here 3 times, each visit they have always had excellent customer service and have been quick with repairs but this last time they out did themselves! I got there at 7:30am (before the store opened) and Ron, the store manager, informed me that they didn’t open until 8 but that he was more than willing to take a look at my car (talk about customer service!) Then a little before 8 they took my car back. When they noticed it was only something minor they put a few clips on and I was out the door in less than an hour! This place is great!

Fixed my car just like new, and the time frame was shorter than expected. I would recommend it if you need a repair your car with insurance. If not, look for somewhere else because they take care of collision with insurance only.

Although I was only looking for advice (not service) on how to fix some marks in my car’s paint, the gal at the front desk was eager to help and referred me to Ron, the General Manager. Ron was great and volunteered to help me. Within a few minutes, my car looked almost like new. I offered to pay him which he graciously refused. So rare to find people willing to help without any benefit to them.

My insurance company referred me to Fix Auto after a neighbor hit my parked car…
I dropped it off on Monday morning, they took down my information, and was in and out within 20 minutes. They said they would call me with the information so I would know when it was ready. Not but 5 minutes later, I get a text from them saying thank you for choosing them. I love texts and hate phone calls, so I appreciate this feature!
I got a call from Fix Auto two days later, asking for them to give me a call back. David quickly told me that my car will be ready by 5 and wondered if I could stop in the same day or if it would be tomorrow. I rushed over and I was extremely happy with their work. They worked quickly and it looks fantastic. I even had a small dent on the back from a previous hit and run (again…parked!) and they bumped it out for me. I appreciate them going above and beyond and working quickly to get my car back to me!
Thank you, Fix Auto! Hopefully I won’t have to be back soon, but at least I know where to go if I happen to have to…

Talk about attitude and choosing what they want to work on. Unless your vehicle is an insurance claim they won’t give you the time of day, let alone an estimate. I took my 94 jeep in for an estimate for just a paint job with minimal body work and one of the five gents sitting around took a look at the jeep and just blurred out, this will be a 5k job. Reality is it is a 2k job with a few estimates to prove it.

They do an awesome job here recently had my wife’s car in here since it was in a wreck and it came out looking like new.

My insurance company referred me to this shop and everything went smoothly. They have a nice Lobby complete with a flat screen TV and Coffee and sodas while you wait.
The staff was very friendly and even gave me a ride home. They were in constant communication by text message while my car was being repaired and my car was completed on time!
My Equinox looks fantastic, you can’t even tell it was ever in an accident! Great experience considering such a bad circumstance.
