H&R Block

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 – 4 years and they are pretty fast and helpful. I know alot of my friends llike to go to the vietnamese tax prep places as they only charge like 20 – 30 bucks most of the time but usually those places get really busy. Since H & R block has been doing my taxes for the past couple of years I might as well just keep going there since they have my info. They are usually really fast and very friendly.
Got my taxes done there yesterday and the service was still the same. Fast and Friendly. The only problem was that their system was acting up and would not allow for my paperwork to be printed nor was it able to allow me to pay by debit card. I had to go and pull out cash in order for me to complete everything or else they were going to have me come back. It was not the reps fault at all but still an annoyance as I could have been in and out within 20 minutes but ended up taking about an hour and a half.
Id glad to go back next year but I think I might have to try another place…
