SCREEN DOESN’T WORK PROPERLY
I went in because the price to get my iPhone 6 cracked glass screen replaced was about $ 40 cheaper than getting it replaced by Apple. I dropped it off and he said to one back in about 45 minutes. When I return the phone looks great except for a noticeable blue dot at the top of my screen. The blue dot is the light sensor but before you barely notice it on the original screen whereas now it’s bright blue dot. I told him about this and he denied that its any different from the original but when I went to school the next day, I compared to my friends black iPhones and it was obvious. That alone is not too big of a deal but the main issue is the bottom right of my screen isn’t very responsive to my touches anymore. Sometimes it fails to even register I touched it even when I clearly press the screen or I touch it and it registers as a touch on a completely different part of the screen. This makes texting very annoying and frustrating. I would not recommend this place.

I went in to get my iPhone screen repaired at around 2:40pm. The guy told me to give him about 30 min so I ran some errands and came back around 3:15. My phone was ready and good as new! I paid $ 84 for the screen repair and was about to pay $ 10 for the tempered glass screen protector, when the guy told me I could have it for free bc there was a tiny air bubble underneath – sweet!!! I will update this post if any problems occur.
Okay, so UPDATE: my phone has been glitching like a mofo. I’m pretty sure my screen was repaired wrong or genuine OEM parts were not used. VERY disappointed. I wish I paid a little more and went somewhere else. Sigh :(

Really great service! Very pleased. Great pricing too! Brought my friend’s Samsung Galaxy S4 — told me he would fix it within a day because he didn’t have the part and would have to order it. He also offered me a free screen protector since I was waiting in the morning and he had not arrived at the time he was supposed to be there. I am very satisfied and will definitely come back to get a phone fixed when necessary!

I was referred by a family member to see Gene to fix my cracked phone. I called before hand, he said to walk in anytime so when I got off work I headed over. Easy to find, his door is open, it wasn’t busy. So I waited. I’m really IMPRESSED, Gene fixed my phone in only 15 minutes, it’s a bit expensive but it would be more expensive if I went to Apple so I’m happy !!

Gene is great. I went in the other day to get my sisters weird audio problem fixed on her iPhone 6 which went bad after she pulled out her aux cable from it and something was left inside. The sheisters at apple didn’t even want to touch the phone so I gave up on them. I went in around 4pm on a weekday and I kid you not in less than 20 min he had fixed the problem sigh of relieeffff!!! Currently he is fixing my dads older iPhone screen as well. I should have come to him in order to save more than what I paid to fix my shattered screen a year ago :(
Even though he’s a bit out of my area I will still make the time to drive because I know his work is legit! Thanks again.

My son decided to use his Samsung tab as a punching bag, while connected via USB to his PS4. Not sure why, but he did… there went the screen, not shattered, just corrupted. I found Gene on Unilocal,obviously. Located across from the Fullerton municipal airport, on Dale and Artesia, easy to find. Gene’s suite is small, filled with tablets, phones, I pads oh my!!! I dropped off on Monday, it was ready today, Thursday. He changed not only the internal component, but the LCD screen as well, brand spanking new tablet really. I was impressed, I normally would just toss it and buy a new one, but I am glad I found Gene. Tablet works like a charm and new LCD screen removed any traces of dirty, slimy, grubby 9 yr old finger print residue!!! It cost my son $ 75, of course, I am going to charge him, why should I pay for his wrong doing!!! Anyways, thank you Gene!!! Great job!!!

Got my iPhone 6 screen repaired and am super content with how it looks now! This place is great!

Gene is very fast and good. I went for a same-​day Android screen fix. Gene fixed it in 30−45min for the best deal. I went to other repair shops, and they wanted me to wait for a week so they could order the screen replacement, but Gene already had everything on site and does the job with better quality.
I hope I don’t break my phone again, but if it does happen, then I know Gene can fix it down the street.

So a catastrophe happened today, I was hiking and I dropped my iPhone 6 and my screen shattered. Thank God this guy was able to save the day took my phone to him he had it fixed within an hour great service and all around good work, I don’t know what all the hoopla is with these bad reviews but in my book he did an A+ job. I would bring my recommend him. Really good price can’t beat it in town.

Gene probably makes his money off of me. I cracked my screen so many times and he fixed it for me in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost!
I don’t remember the last couple times I went but last week, I had to fix my iPhone 5S to trade it in for an upgrade. He fixed the lock button, screen, housing for $ 150 (I might be missing something) but for just screen repairs, it was around $ 60-​$ 70? Forgive me if I’m wrong.
Not only did he fix my phone, but he helped me out by calling his references at Verizon stores to ask about the upgrades and whether or not my phone would be accepted.
Call him before hand and see if he’s gonna go on break or to see how long it may take!

iphone6: 6 trips, not worth it!
I have been to this location when I had to fix my iphone 5s a few years ago, and I never had a problem. Now with the iphone 6, the product is different, which came with other issues that I didn’t think would happen when I went.
Trip 1:
I called and he said that I can come in that evening. When I came, he told me I had to wait about two hours since he ran out of the iphone6 screens. I had to be somewhere so he told me that I can pay $ 30 for a temporary less cracked screen. Next time I come, I can pay the difference on the next visit for a brand new screen.
Trip 2:
I came back and got it fixed, so total I paid $ 85. On the drive home, I was playing with my phone and realized the screen was the right side was popped up. It looks like it wasn’t smoothly placed, which was bothering me. I came back, which he was kind enough to redo it.
Trip 3:
After about a week, I realized that the screen was slowly popping up on the top part of the phone. I really don’t know how I have so much patience, but I came back again.
Trip 4:
SAME THING HAPPENED. On top of that he was giving excuses that it’s because of the hot weather at the time, and the glue probably melted.
Trip 5:
I told myself that this is the last time I would visit him. I asked him that this time if it would happen again. He told me to wait at least til Oct 31 (two weeks from this visit). It didn’t take more than just two days, the screen popped up again to the point where I can stick my nails in there and lift it. From pictures you can’t really tell. But if you look closely, you’ll know what I am talking about.
Trip 6:
Before I dropped by, I gave him a call. I sincerely told him my concerns, and asked him for a refund. He was arguing with me for a while, but agreed that he will refund but for less. There was a misunderstanding because I thought he would take out less. When I came, he told me to give him about 40 min so he can take out the screen and give me a cracked one. I figured that would be the case anyway from this business. He gave me $ 75 back. I left because I didn’t want to deal with it anymore.
Overall, my advice to you is that if you are an Apple user, just get it fixed at the actual store. It only costs $ 109 for a cracked screen. I lost more than I thought since the money went to gas and I wasted my time driving to this place. Also know that once your phone is touched by an outside party (meaning it is replaced with an outside product), Apple will not touch it. I waited about two weeks with this new screen from Apple before I decided to write this review. And I have yet to come across any problems. Although this man may be really kind and provided great service, just save yourself the trouble and get it fixed elsewhere.

Went in today to get help with my broken Galaxy s6. The screen is not working and I have a pattern code so I’m unable to access the photos from my PC. I had called a few other places closer to home and I got a lot of «oh we can’t do that with the pattern code on» and «well did you back them up online?» (If I did I wouldn’t be calling lol)
So I called Mr. Park and explained to him what was going on, and he said no problem he can do it! I was almost ready to give up, every place I called couldn’t do it and I was thrilled he found it simple to do, no problem. Dropped the phone off with him, and was going to have it done in a few hours (I’m just going to pick it up tomorrow).
I definitely recommend IFIXsmartphones to anyone needing phone repair services or even extracting photos you think are lost. My brother also got his Galaxy screen fixed here. Love the work.

5 Stars! Mr. Park is awesome. Fast service, and great pricing.
Was a bit bummed when my iPhone speakers stopped working. Was worried it was going to be over the top expensive to fix. Called Apply many times, and each time kept getting disconnected after going through there «automated system» — Searched online a bit and found IFIX smartphone. Called them up, and Mr. Park told me to come on down. Was in and out in probably 10mins or so. Was worried I’d have to leave my phone over night but nope.
And then I was telling him about a problem my husband had with his iPhone (we had taken it to apple and they said it couldn’t be repaired) Mr. Park said «oh yeah I could have fixed that.» :) Defiantly going back to him with any future smartphone problems.

My Uncle recommended him! So I will recommend him to others as well! Good price and fast service! I think he fixed my horribly cracked screen within 30min! His website definitely claims the truth about quality parts and service! If I ever need something fixed, definitely going back to Him!

My Grandson’s phone charging port was not making a connection. I brought it into iFIX at the opening of the business day. Gene was very professional and called at around 12:30 pm and said it was fixed. I had also brought in my LG Phone because the microphone had stopped working. He had to order the part but said it would be ready today. Called and I picked it up by 5pm. Both are working great.
I will be spreading the word about Gene and his business. Professional all the way.

If this is how you run the business on the phone I can only imagine what it would be like to be there in person. Won’t be getting my business or referrals. If you’re looking for a good repair location I would recommend a reputable one with excellent business skills.

I have had multiple devices that Gene has repaired for me on different occasions. He is honestly great at what he does! I’ve had different phones with cracked screens repaired and he was also able to save my current phone when it was submerged in water.
Whenever I need a phone fixed I call him to let him know. He will come by work, pick up the device and have it repaired and back to me the same day. In the past he has also repaired screens right in front of me within 20 minutes! He is fast, efficient, punctual and super nice!
Now the time I was really impressed was when he saved my phone after it was in water. I had my IPhone 5 in my shirt pocket and I was cleaning the toilet. When I bent over my phone slipped out and right into the toilet. It got stuck in the drain and I put my hand in right away to pull it out but it was stuck and it was in for at least 40 seconds! Once I got it out of course it wasn’t on and I tried to put it in rice. I called Gene right away and explained what happened. He told me he would try to see if he could salvage it but made no promises. He came shortly after to my work to pick up the phone.
The next day he brought my phone back to me working! He said he took it apart quickly and let all components dry. He then put it all back together and thankfully the phone lit up! Because he came quickly once I called and it was done right away he was able to get it to work! His prices are great and so is the service!
