5−11−16. Came in to buy a pack of battery post grease. Waited in line in the back of another customer to pay at the register. Jazmine came after we waited for about 5 minutes to check out the customer in front of me, then after she finished, she left and helped another customer that is being helped by another staff and just ignored me, didnt even said a word to me. This is the worst staff i evev encounter. Ive been here a lot before and it was never like this.

I went to this store sunday to buy an air filter. I spent about 10 minutes looking for it because the section where the air filters is located was so disorganized. Also, they didn’t have the fram guide that other locations have to check for the part number on my car. Anway, I ended finding a book for some other oem air filter and as i said it took me 10 minutes to find the filter. When it was time for me to pay there were 3 guys in the counter with one guy attending to a customer who was at the register. The other 2 didn’t even bother to ask me if I was ready to pay. I just lost it and walked out. I“m never coming back to this location. I’m done with Oreilly, I’m going to Autozone from now on.

I like this place better than other local competitors. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. They will take a minute or two to answer questions & give auto maintenance advice. No hard sell of their own products, just straight answers. I always come here for routine stuff like fluids, cleaning supplies, and small replacement parts. Much better selection than Target/Walmart etc. They often have surprisingly good sale prices on things like jumper cables and tools. Definitely worth a minute to look at the weekly sales items. I almost always find something useful on sale when I go in.
