Umm so let me start at the beginning, we walk into the hotel and everything seems really nice and clean and cute. Then once we’ve gotten into our room everything is fine until we notice three large spots right on our nice white comforter. Thanks Rosio who allegedly cleaned our room… Ok here’s the oddest thing… our room is very moist, from sleeping in the bed you wake up with a feeling like your clothing needs about 15 more minutes in the dryer. everything else is ok. it’s very convenient to have a shuttle directly to and from Disneyland for such a good price!

Our stay here was atrocious. Have you ever been to Disneyland and received a phone call where the hotel you’re staying at threaten to put your luggage outside your room and have you escorted off the premises because they said your credit card was declined? Yep, that happened. One of the most ridiculous things about this is they were supposed to be calling us to make up for issues that occurred on our previous visit. I could even talk about the linen on the beds which was brought to us with holes in it. We had to go down to the front desk and take care of it our I think one of the most important things I can see in this post is you must go to the other Radisson Buena Park Unilocal site and look at the other posts. This is the second Unilocal page or site, profile, that has been set up for this hotel I’m not going to make any assumptions as to why they did it I’ll let you guys decide for yourselves after you read the other posts on the other profile. I will say this, Krystal, the front desk clerk, was very kind and she did an exemplary job of trying to set things right within her authority which was very little but she did everything she could. The breakfast, which some people are raving about, is nothing special. It was scrambled eggs some over-​cooked, extremely over cooked bacon, and some yogurt and fruit. You can get that at almost any hotel in Anaheim.
