I had the worst experience ever in this store and the service to resolve my issue was what made it horrible. When ordering in the drive thru, the girl helping me(medium skin asian girl) kept saying«anything else» after everything i said. When ordering my somewhat specific drink, she continued doing this after every instruction and said«okay 7.32 thank you» immediately after thinking i was done ordering. I needed to order more but was cut off. I simply continued forward hoping to order in the window. At the window, my order was wrong and she said that she didn’t hear my order and i told her it was because she cut me off. She did apologize and turned to fix my drink, but returned it with at least an inch missing in the cup. I called back to the store when i realized and asked to speak to the manager. It was the same girl in the drive thru and i hear over the phone«hi can i speak to the manager» in a nasally voice. I could not believe it! She couldn’t put it on hold?! The manager Monique(monae) said hi and i continued to voice my distress over her reply! I said how rude of her to say that and imitate me and the manager just replied“she was just letting me know who it is.” I let her know you say something else like they want to speak to the manager not do that, it’s incredibly rude. And she cuts me off and says«how can i help you?» It was obvious she was not going to show concern over this rudeness and wanted to get the conversation over with. I am so upset that this happened and I wanted to let someone know that this store is operating with HORRIBLE service. Please help.

To the strawberry blond haired worker who I see every afternoon around 4. I just wanted to say that she is so wonderful and sweet! I go to Starbucks everyday and this location is fabulous because they are quick and precise. Even though my order is simple, many Starbucks places forget my sweetener. This one however never forgets and the added bonus is their cordial and happy attitude. They are so quick it never takes longer than 1 minute to pass through the drive thru. You guys rock! Keep up the great work and to my favorite worker, you’re fantastic and don’t ever change! Thanks Starbucks! Her name is willow!!!

Always get the mocha frap or lemon ale or green tea lemonade. These are the best drinks one should get when at Starbucks. Staff is friendly and helpful whenever I go into this location and nice. I would also try heir baked goods like a chocolate chip cookie or the snowman cookie if they have it available.

Nance isn’t very friendly. I normally have great experiences with the staff here. Everyone is usually super friendly. Nance comes across as being very rude and has awful customer service skills. Coffee is the same as all the other Starbucks.

Stopped by on my way to class. Seemed like they were a little understaffed that night so I wont hold it against them. No big deal. They were out of the Graham Latte. The hot caramel machiatto had aftertaste hints of beer. I know wierd huh. No they didn’t spike my drink & no I don’t drink. I usually go for the Green Tea Frap. which is awesome I might add. There are so many Starbucks around I did sea they had a large outdoor section which seemed chill. Other than that okay. Maybe I will try again.

This is my cuppa tea Starbucks… The girl was extremely helpful I accidentally ordered an iced mocha when I really wanted a Frappuccino she fixed it for me with no worries I walked out with a free Frappuccino pretty much I offered to pay for it or an even offered her to blend the one that she already gave me but she was too sweet and wanted to fix the order even though I was the one that was in the wrong so 5 stars wish and a big THANKYOU for your customer service.

THEPISSPOORANDINCONSISTENTSAGACONTINUES… and NOW you have gone and PISSED me the hell OFF! So I go back to this SBUX to give them another try and hopefully update my review with more stars but they go and make MATTERSWORSE if that is even possible. I order a TALLDECAFWITHROOMFORMILK for the mon-n-ator. I don’t think you can get any more simple than that. AGAIN they use there fancy sticker order machine to slap a order on the cup, I pay and wait and get HOTCHOCOLATE! Are you FRICKINKIDDINGME! REALLY! How do you get pouring coffee from the coffee machine straight into a cup WORNG! In WHATUNIVERSE does HOTCHOCOLATE remotely taste, sound or read like tall decaf? This place needs an OVERHAUL or they should simply STOP serving coffee. By this time we are on the road heading to our dialysis destination WITHNOMORNINGCUPOFJOE so since I have some time to kill while I’m driving I call them(hands free) to find out WHATYO-YO, TROLL, INCOMPETENTNIN-COM-POOP there can’t read a simple order. SB:Hello Ryan: Hello, I was just there and ordered a tall decaf coffee with room for milk and you gave me a hot chocolate SB: Oh(long silent pause) Ryan: Ummm my mom can’t have chocolate she’s on dialysis. What if she were allergic you could have killed her or sent her to the hospital. This is unacceptable. SB: Oh well I guess we made a mistake(long silent pause) Ryan: At the very least you could apologize for messing up the order. SB: Oh I’m sorry have a nice day CLICK! REALLY! WTH! Did that little SOB just hang up? SMFH! Am I being PUNK’D? This can’t be SB. I have to ask for an apology ANDTHEN you proceed to hang up. And«oh well I guess we got it wrong» well no shit Sherlock! I guess you did. They did even offer to remake it, come back, let us know the next time your in and we’ll make it right. NOTHING! For your FYI… Chocolate CONTAINS phosphorus and if levels get too high it can increase the risk of developing complications such as itching, weak and brittle bones and calcium deposits in blood vessels and organs including the heart and lungs. Is NOT being on dialysis enough that you try to CAUSE more harm and then I can’t even get a FRIGGINAPOLOGY! This place is NOT a real SBUX! NEVA have I EVA been to a SBUX that was so lackadaisical, and completely inept! EVERYSINGLEORDER has CONSISTENTLY been F’d up to HIGHHEVEN and WRONG and then they were rude! How is that even possible? It’s coffee for Pete Sake your not trying to find the cure to cancer! Your simply keeping us coffee addicts medicated so we can function out in public. GoodNight Irene! It’s a cup of liquid flavored crack! We need it, we pay for it, you are supposed to provide it, with a smile and we leave until it wears off and we come back to repeat the process. It goes without saying that I was in a PISSYAZZMOOD that morning and had to STOPYETAGAIN and fork over more of my hard earned trust fund so I could get a FRIGGINCUPOFLIQUIDCRACK for the mom-n-ator so I didn’t end up wearing an orange jumpsuit with silver bracelets. Orange is NOT my color and neither is having over 400 female roommates who all are wearing the same jewelry as I am. RIDICULOUS! Definitely NOT a bright bunch here. NOMORECHANCES! I’m soooooo DONE!

My wife and I enjoy walking with our dog on Sunday mornings to Starbucks. Staff is friendly and quick to get your order. We haven’t experienced any issues here and we’ve been coming here since 2011.

This may seem like your typical Starbucks. Let’s not be fooled that it is. This Starbucks has a drive thru which makes it a breeze for me to pick up a quick coffee before I head to work. Some Starbucks may have a long drive thru line. However, at this location, they make an effort to get you in and out with your order, leaving you satisfied. I must say the employees are friendly here especially Nancy and Madison. Nancy just makes you feel extra special. I just love the way she calls everyone«hun». It seriously makes me want to come here more often.

This is gonna be really long simply because I was upset. I come into this Starbucks nearly every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the school year. They recently changed some stuff — the lobby closes at around 945p and the drive through remains open until 1030p. This happened on 03/12, a Thursday. The change hadn’t affected me at /all/. I always use the drive-thru. Always. So, imagine my shock when I pull in close to 10p(exact time was probably 957p) and I head right up with my car to order. I’m greeted by silence. Okay. I say hello a couple times — now, let’s be honest, I don’t really like to yell so maybe they couldn’t hear me? — and then decide to wait. 1003p, another car pulls up and I try saying hello again. I start to feel awkward and decide to pull up to the window proper. Maybe they can’t hear me because its broken? I pull up to the window and try looking in. I see the barista, standing by the register looking at the doors of the lobby. Okay… isn’t the lobby supposed to be closed by now? I don’t see anyone else. He turns and catches my eye and I sort of wave. He makes a gesture in return — I thought it was him shaking his head and shooing me away. Miffed and embarrassed, I decide to leave. I pull onto Valley View(I’m a pretty slow drive and overly anxious so it takes me a while to decide when to go) I turn to look at the drive thru one last time — and there’s the barista, taking his sweet time walking on over and setting the screen up and… barely noticing that I have already left. He lingers for a bit and then heads right back to the cash register, watching the doors of the lobby that has already… closed. Look, I do not know what happened — whether they were short staffed(I could only see 1 person!), someone was on a mini break or going to the bathroom, but I was just not happy at all. Where’s your headset? Why isn’t someone monitoring the drive-thru?

After enjoying my lunch at a near by spot, I had my heart set on getting a drink at Starbucks on my way back to work; I decided to get off and order my drink rather then go thru the drive-thru. I walked in and stood in front of the register as there was no one waiting in line. The cashier did NOT bother to acknowledge my presence; she stood there staring at the register… I asked her if she was ready to take my order; she looked at me with disgust in her face; Carol was extremely rude; at the end of the sale she threw the receipt on the counter. I felt so disrespected and humiliated that this women was sooooooo damn rude. I asked the Barista the name of the cashier so that I knew exactly who placed my order. I can’t believe an establishment like Starbucks would hire a lady that has such BAD customer service skills. AWFULEXPERIENCE!!! I can’t explain without being volatile how upset I was.

This place gets 3 stars only because it seems too good to be true. Either I came during slow hours or nobody is here because of its location(I doubt it, right next to in n out and fresh and easy) I loved the customer service here. Again I don’t know if it’s the holiday spirit or it is this good. The crowd here was over there 40s. It was very peaceful and clean. Who ever manages this Starbucks deserves a raise if it is always like this. Another plus is that everyone here is a regular and knows each other and the workers. If it’s like this next time I’m here I will give it 5 stars. Keep up the great job guys! :)

This is a terrific Starbucks. The morning staff is usually very happy and friendly which is great to start the day. Kim, Madison, and Ryan are terrific employees. They do have one employee who never wears a name tag and is extremely rude to guess. I even asked her one day what’s your name and she just turned and walked away. When I asked one of the other employees they said her name was Julie. If you’re fortunate and not have Julie serving you things will be great. The drinks here are always served to perfection. I started coming to Starbucks because the other Starbucks I went to had terrible service terrible product and just was not a good representation. I have gone through both the drive-through and walk up at this location and have always received fast prompt and friendly service. If you want to start your day out right stop by this Starbucks.

Where shall I start? Hhmm… Let’s start off with the cashier who took my order. Cashier wasn’t friendly or customer oriented. All I wanted was a venti ice milk coffee with extra ice. I had to repeat myself three times! After placing my order, it took them almost 10 minutes to get my coffee. Mind you, the store wasn’t busy. To be honest, it seems like they really didn’t care. I have all the patient in the world but the workers here seems lazy, weren’t very friendly and seemed like they hate their job. Horrible service! I will never come here again!
