worst customer service! 1 out of 4 employers take they’re job serious. the other 3 rather be goofing around & let the responsible employer deal with customers. the responsible employers has all the pressure on him.

How are you not going to have a demo for a phone and then tell me you’re going to charge me for the phone and then charge me a restocking fee if I didn’t like the phone horrible customer service, I’ve been with T-​Mobile for over 10 years worst service ever

Very unfriendly, the manager was a dick. He says in my store this is my price, if TMobile gives you preference, get it from Customer Service. What kind of business does TMobile has???

This Tmobile location is the worst location I have ever been to. Each customer service representative gives different information every time you go in there. They are rude, arrogant and have no knowledge of policy or communication skills with customers. David is rude and talks down to customers when he gets caught in a lie or «miss communication» (as they like to call it). They are real helpful when you are spending money but as soon as you have a problem their favorite line is «IM SORRY THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO». Don’t waste your time going here because if you do you might catch a case. Go to the one in buena park mall. They got the star because rating them is required for me to post but they do not deserve any STARS!!!

Chris c and Valerie were very helpful when I visited the store. I went in to change responsibility on my phone line and open another line. Chris helped me out with picking a plan for two with unlimited talk, text and 10 gigs of data for 120 plus insurance on two phones. He informed me on the pros and cons of the iPhone 6 and note 5. Also, I came in 5 min before they were off and they gladly helped me. I had to make a call to customer service and while changing responsibility of my phone line the call took about 40 min, the guy on the other line seemed clueless Chris and Valerie still waited. Soon enough, my plan was ready to go but had some glitches on the computer so they tried different alternatives to releasing the two phones I purchased. We were soon about 2 hours into the process which we never anticipated but both of their assistance and patience made everything so much easier. They made sure everything was correct on the two new accounts and helped with whatever questions I had. Their patience is highly appreciated and help was more then enough!!! Thanks guys!!!

Great service! Everytime I come in with issues on my phone I get helped right away and my issue gets solved almost immediately. They are all very friendly, specially a guy with glasses I can’t really remember his name, I think his name is Oscar, but he’s super nice and knowledgeable and will get you great deals!

I called the location to ask what time they close and told me 7 (made sense since they’re closing early for Christmas Eve) I get there @630 and they tell me they’re closed?! I called 5 MINUTES AGO. To top it off a family and a couple tried to purchase something. After talking to them they TOO were told 7. I get it you want to go home and spend time with the family, I can’t blame you. BUT YPUR INTEGRITY GOT COMPROMISED! You lost on my sale and theirs! Total BAD JUDGEMENT CALL. To make it worse, I saw them ignore my call when I called while I was outside and ignore me knocking on the window until they yelled we’re closed. In the 20s id challenge them to a duel for the disrespect; now, I write this review and called their corporate office. BUNCH OF JERKS.

I could have sworn the SA here told my dad and I that she would change our data plan to the one gig free data plan when I visited here a few months back. When I recently saw his phone bill I was horrified he was still paying $ 170 a month and sometimes more for 4 lines. I spoke to T mobile customer support trying to get refund for the over charges which has been going on for years. Nothing. In addition the SA tried to sign us up for a business account without our consent. Zero stars!

I just went in there to ask a question about a issue i was having and the girl there was totally no help basically brushed me off ! never again will i go in that location ! super bad customer service ! if you dont want to help people why are your working there !

The worst customer service ever. The heavy weight Asian guy doesn’t even know what he’s doing and has the worst attitude I’ve seen in a while. He looks at me like I don’t speak English. I came to get a number ported into my new t mobile account from my old carrier and this fellow is asking me how I paid for my number! Wow! After I ask him that I needs sim to put into my old iPhone 6 while my new one arrives and he sells me a sim and doesn’t even activate it for me. Talk about customer service. My next step is to call corporate and let them know they need to better educate their sales associates and replace the ones that are causing them to lose business.

I went to ask a question about some kind wired charge on my account but obviously they will not help you if you are not open line or spend money. Happened quite few times already.

Adding another bad review won’t hurt them, but I just want to let people knows if you want business go somewhere else. These guys here can only help you if you are going to open a line and more lines. Why? Because they want their commissions. They won’t help you if you want to cancel a line. It will take them 2 minutes and they’ll give you the run around: call the hotline, go to the store where you open it, do this and that. Instead, they want you to open more lines. I ended up going to other T-​mobile store. Don’t come here if you need help. You will waste your time. They are a bunch of craps. If I have read the previous reviews, I wouldn’t have come here.

Horrible customer service given by Chris D. We went to store to upgrade my brother’s old Samsung S4 to the new Samsung S6 edge. At first, this guy was so good of explaining the differences of phones and such. So we decided to just go on with the upgrade. It took him about 10mins to just get the phone from the back and we waited about 15minutes for him just to access our account on their computer. When he was doing the upgrade he offered some kind of insurance on the phone. Me and my brother decided not to get the insurance. All of a sudden, he told us that we cant finance the phone that we have to pay the whole price because we didn’t buy the insurance. This guy should be fired! He doesn’t know what he’s talking about! They just lost 6 customers (we have 6 lines) and we will never come back in this store again.

I have been to this store 2 previous times without incident but the visit I made on 6÷1÷2015 was so irritating I had to review them. I walked in the doors and there were 4 employees and 2 customers. I was greeted right away by Omar and he asked how he could help me. I assume he was waiting for someone because he kept looking over his shoulder to the door. In fact he did this about 7 or 8 times during our brief conversation. My Galaxy 5 was not holding a charge and getting burning hot when I used it so I wanted to find out if it just needed a new battery or if the phone itself was going out. It was only 6 months old and we had already paid it off.
Omar told me that if I needed a new battery (looks at the door) he could recommend that I go to Best Buy (looks at the door) or Amazon to get a new one. But I can always get a warranty phone and it could (looks at the door) be shipped to me at my (looks at the door) home. He advised that the phone (looks at the door) I get would probably be a used phone and it would be (looks at the door) reconditioned and had probably been dropped or in water or something (looks at the door).
I was getting really irritated at this point and he advised «Well, you should really think about getting the Galaxy 6». It’s a lot better. (looks at the door)
Ok, now I am furious. I understand that they work for commission but at least if you are going to try to get $ 650.00 from me, give me your full attention. I asked him if they sold the batteries there and he advised that they do not but He could look in the back and (looks at the door) see if they had one that he could switch out for me to see if it was the battery at all. (looks at the door). He disappeared in the back as I was checking out the phones on display. He came back and advised that they do not have any extras in the back. I had my back to the door and he wouldn’t even look me in the eye as he was watching the door… sigh…
I thanked him and left. I sat in my car and debated what to do. I wanted to go back in and ask for a manager but decided to go to a different store.
I went to the Buena Park Mall store and had Mayra help me. She was so sweet and helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and even showed me how to transfer all my info to my new phone. It was an awesome experience! Her manager Oscar gave great customer service to the point that I went back the next day to get a case for my new phone. Oscar gave me information on a charger that I asked about and both he and Mayra kept eye contact the whole time. That is what a successful sales person does. They pay attention and are not rude and expect you to plunk down money for shitty service. Omar you need to take a lesson from them.

Horrible customer service! I recently purchased an otter box case for my phone a couple days ago and came to t-​mobil to warranty it and the worthless salesman in there wouldn’t even try to help me… he said all because i don’t have a receipt he can’t help me he didn’t even bother to check on their system or anything. … stay away from this store !

T-​mobile Store and T-​Mobile customer hotline will give your conflicting statements. Save yourself some frustration and do transactions online.
I called T-​mobile customer hotline to add a line and the rep told me that I have the option to use the line the same day if I head over to a store and buy a sim card and call the hotline again and they will activate it over the phone. Turns out it was not true.
When I called their hotline to activate the simcard I purchased from the store, the rep told me they couldn’t do it. The rep told me to return it and request a refund. When I tried to return the sim card in the store, the store ppl refused!

Horrible service! Waited for a whole hour And watched an employee named David flirt with 2 girls the whole entire time. Desiree helped me out and it was quick and easy! 5 stars for. Desiree no stars for David.

One of the worse experiences of my life! So I start off by calling the store and asking if they could help me with a free new sim card since my old phone didn’t have the correct size. I spoke with Phil and he confirmed that he would be able to hook us up as long as we bring the phone in. Since this store closes later than 2 other stores who said they would also do it for free, we decided to head over here before they close.
What a huge mistake! Ended up freaken waiting 30 minutes after closing since there were customers ahead of us. We were helped by another associate which worsened the situation because she said we would need to pay $ 15 for the sim. We were like %#$@#$#@, no we already spoke with Phil and he said there would be no cost. After going back and forth with her about it, Phil eventually over heard our complaint and came over to inspect the situation. He then outright lied saying he never said such a thing. We wouldn’t have waited for so long and made the extra drive to a farther store if we weren’t promised something in advance.
Just walk away from this place because customer service sucks!

Travis Q is a «Gem»… truly a professional; helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers have what they want and need. I highly recommend going to see him for all your cell/​tablet needs.
After making the mistake of switching to Verizon because of their offer of new phones, (our phone screens were severely cracked (our fault) and we wanted new phones) our new Verizon phones/​service was randomly missing calls and texts which caused me to lose business. I’m an Event Planner and Caterer and rely on receiving calls and texts from clients to earn my living.
Verizon wouldn’t or couldn’t resolve our problem, nor would they let us out of our contract and charged us 542.88 after only 32 days of service. Then cut our phones off after 38 days for non-​payment, even though I had been into the store and on the phone with their customer service over 15 times.
It was a nightmare. And because of the huge bill and early term fees, I didn’t know what kind of problems I’d have getting a new service.
At Team-​mobile we never had any problems and had always received excellent service at our local T-​Mobile store in Buena Park by Travis Q and the team. So I went back there to see about returning to Team-​mobile.
When I first entered the store a new associate had tried to help but offered that he would need to get help as my situation was complex. I recognized Travis as someone who had helped me in the past and had always answered my questions, so I said I’d wait for him. As he helped his current customer, I noted his friendly and thorough service with the customers who were getting new phones/​service. He was attentive and completely answered all their questions. He knew I was waiting and assured me several times that he’d be with me soon and he stayed focused on his current customers not making them feel rushed s
Travis is absolutely delightful and very helpful. He listened carefully to my long tale of torment by Verizon. And he welcomed us back with open arms.
His kind and courteous manner made me feel like everything would be fine now. He spent 2 hours with me selecting just the right phones, tablets, service and accessories, as well he did the work and let me know my eft’s would be paid and my old number ported back. All the while his cheerful disposition and ever present smile made me at ease. I’m not the most tech-​savvy, yet he was patient and explained everything so I could understand it.
Travis Q turned my nightmare into a sweet dream. I cannot fully express how happy I am to have Travis Q as my Team-​mobile local rep.
At this point I would never leave Team-​mobile again, and Team-​mobile has Travis Q to thank for that. He is like gold to the company.
