Quoted prices are very misleading. I suggest you make sure you are clear when requesting a quote. (certificate + test+ car year) I was told that I would have a free retest if my car did not pass but upon returning I was charged an additional 30.00 (because it was an older car) totalling over 80 dollars for a 91 honda civic. Had I known I was going to be charged again I would have gone to another test center that offered a free retest. My advice is call around and be concise when requesting a quote. This has been a learning experience and I will use what I have learned for future smog tests but I will not be returning to this particular one.
