Established in 1960.

Kay and Associates, Inc. was (KAI) established in 1960 by our founder Donald Kay to provide high quality, cost effective solutions in response to the need for engineering and technical service requirements of industry and government customers worldwide. KAI’s exceptional service and quality earned industry wide recognition that, by the early 1980’s, positioned KAI as a leading value added provider to industry, the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, U.S. Customers Service and Drug Enforcement Agency.

Today, as a leading «Contract Field Teams» contractor, our corporate experience includes an extensive maintenance pedigree supporting the U.S. Air Force, Army, United Nations and foreign customers including Brazil, Malaysia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. As an ISO 9001:2008 certified maintenance and engineering services organization, KAI is uniquely positioned and qualified as a Prime contractor to address our customer’s most challenging needs.
