Rockin Jump Buffalo Grove

We recently had my daughter’s 9 year old birthday party here and it was a huge success! The kids had a ball, our host (Adrian) made life easy for me, and it was well run and well coordinated. I would definitely recommend Rockin Jump for birthday parties!

This place is worse than extreme trampolines that was here prior. Staff are incredibly rude, negative and stupid. An example of their incompetence is two kids wanted to be on the same team for dodgeball (which is a bad experience in total) so when the guy pointed which side they both went to the same side. It was beyond stupid what happened next. The employee literally fought the kids (even though one kids sat down and did nothing). There is nothing more annoying to me than seeing no any employees fight a paying customer (and might I add it is crazy expensive). They just left a few minutes later. Another aspect is that this place is constantly charging you extra. Just to sit in the massage chairs costs extra, not for it to actually move, but just sit in it costs money or they kick you off. Want to bounce on this super jumpy thing, another $ 2. A non refillable ICEE is practically $ 3. Beyond. I am not sure if the socks cost extra because my group paid for me, but if you don’t have their socks, you could have to pay for them. Overall I would pass on this place because it is crazy expensive.

Me and my friend took his kid here today and we had the best time. He’s not even 2 yet so open jump on a Sunday was a little intimidating for him at first but soon he loosened up and had a blast. I’m really happy we decided to give this place a try, it was a lot of fun and staff was on top of enforcing rules so no one got hurt.

Fun place for kids and adults. Very clean. There is a area where adults can sit and watch tv too

Fun day entertainment. Separation from minions and older kids makes a diff I think. Had so much fun that my pants tore!

Negative reviews for kids places are often misleading. it’s a trampoline place. If it wasn’t a little dangerous it wouldn’t be any fun for the kids. If you have zero tolerance for your kid getting injured you can not come to these places. they’re not for you.
With that being said at the end of the day whether you yell at people or you do not yell at people, the kid that’s going to get hurt is going to get hurt. It’s unfortunate but that’s life. My advice to management is don’t yell. I would employ a three strikes and you’re out rule. If you have to tell a kid three times that they’re being dangerous then you remove them and refund their money. Just be as upfront as possible about the policy
We came here with a group of people had a blast. It is also great exercise for the kids.
I also appreciated the workers that day. Not only were they friendly in the jump zone but we came with a group of eight kids and they educated us on the best pricing. We ended up buying 10 hours of jumping and were able to split it amongst the kids. It was a nice deal.

I came here with my wife and 2 ½ year old on a Friday morning and we had the place all to ourselves! It was a great experience as my son loves to jump on the bed, so he was in his glory here! I must say my wife and I had a great time acting like we were kids again. Apparently Thursday and Friday from 9am-​11am is there «rockin’ tots» times, so stay at homes that have those kids couped up in the winter– I highly recommend taking advantage of this morning deal. The manager Tony was very polite and informative on the facility, overall a very positive experience.

Used to love this place when it was Xtreme Trampoline. Great way for kids to get energy out in the winter. However, must agree with earlier reports of Generation Duh running the place now. Brought my 2 kids and 2 friends hoping for some fun. One friend’s dad not only filled out waiver online, the kid also brought hand signed waiver to location. Management refused to accept waiver because it was for the Carol Stream location, even though waiver was accessed and filled out on proper Buffalo Grove website. My kids had to wait 20 minutes while the dad filled out the waiver 4 more times!!! Management (except for one empathetic boy behind the counter) could not have cared less. Treat families and customers better, or soon you won’t have any.

The people at this place are very rude. Some kid asked for a shirt but then the guy said, «i am not answering anymore questions I’m f’d up.» The place was very dirty and not any better than the rats nest xtreme trampolines was. Honestly, there are so many different places they could open but they had to open up this place. What a disappointment.

Had a party with 30 kids on a Saturday night. Staff was awesome from check in, set up and clean up. Place was super clean and the kids had a fantastic time. Ben took care of us.
Age ranges from 6 – 9 years old.
Definitely will go there with the kids for family fun.

If you enjoy jumping around with pretentious white trash and admire incompetent management, this is the place for you! People should feel safe when they spend their hard earned money. Run the place like you care about your customers.

We have been coming here since it was extreme trampoline. Now under new ownership. We brought the kids back and I must say it’s disappointing. They added a foam pit where kids can spar and see who can knock each other off beam. Other than that it is the same. The one thing that puzzles me is there seems to be even less seating than there was before or maybe they rearranged it. They have a couple random high tops and some picnic tables. Can someone please for Gods sake add some seating so parents can at the very least watch their children? My husband and I sat on whatever seating was left which were some random massage chairs and after about a minute they sounded a very loud alarm … If you are asking parents to bring their children for an hour to two hours then please put some seating to accommodate the parents!

my 12 year olds practicing flips, aerials, and back flips with 4 year olds running on tramps with blinders on and loaded with sugar. Accident waiting to happen. What do you think happens when 120 lb kid lands on a 30 lb kid. Spoke to 2 different employees about the situation, they agreed it is dangerous but new ownership made the change and nothing they could do. I dont recommend this place for serious tumblers trying to get some serious practice in. On my way out spoke to Tony mgr. I will not return until it is SAFER, Generation Duh
