Visited there for the first time and got the prettiest gel color on my nails. They don’t have an impressive amount of shades to choose from, but at $ 25, I can forgive them for their lack in options. My manicurist was sweet and made nice friendly conversation the whole time, which I really liked.

Great conversation, beautiful and clean environment, fast mani and pedi but not worth 50 bucks

Salon is very nice but the prices are NEVER the same. If you go in for a highlight touch up the same thing you had six weeks earlier they charge you more money. If you ask why they don’t have an answer all they say is maybe it was a different stylist. No the same person does my hair unless she is called Away to cut or wash someone else’s hair while I sit under the dryer. That is of no fault of mine. Also don’t tip the stylist with a credit card without telling the stylist that you ARE leaving her a tip and how much it is for because the owners boyfriend runs the front desk and he will take the tip money for himself and not tell the stylist a tip was left for her and she can’t prove it. Also make sure you get a receipt and mark down exactly what you had done, who and how many stylists worked on your hair or spa treatment so this way the next time they can’t charge you more. Give CASH for a tip to the stylish that did the bulk of the work or they will NEVER see it.

Went here to treat my very pregnant girlfriend and I to pedicures. I had high hopes when I walked in as the room the pedicure takes place in was very peaceful and nice. The pedicure itself was well below average. $ 25 I thought there would be a little scrubbing and rubbing. What happened in reality was the girl came in 15 minutes after my appointment started and left me at the end with polish all over the skin of my toes afterwards and callouses still on my feet. which I went home afterwards soaked my feet and scrubbed them off myself… very disappointing from a salon that looks as nice as Attilio’s does. Waste of $ 60 — go to Chez Ann pay a few dollars more and walk out happy.

I have been going here for years, especially for spa services. I loved the facials and being told about the condition of my skin and what I could do to improve it etc. I felt totally pampered, however my last visit I was so disappointed. I felt so rushed and my mani and pedi look awful !! I finished my massage got dressed only to be taken to my facial and had to completely undress again! I won’t be returning needless to say!

Love, love, love! I have been to Attillo’s 3 times now for gel nails and won’t stop going. Both girls do a wonderful job and you cannot beat the price. The salon is warm and welcoming!(I never post on here, but really feel like I needed to express how great they are!)

Growing up in Kenmore I probably passed this place a number of times, not until I moved back from Providence RI did I ever decide to stop in for a try. When I made my first appointment over 10 years ago I didn’t know who I was making an appointment with or what to expect. 10 years later I haven’t thought about going to someone else, both Doreen and Gary feel like old friends. Attilo’s has two entrances, the door that closer to the Municipal building is what I consider the main entrance as you’ll be greeted by the reception desk on the right while to your left is the waiting area with big chairs, a TV as well as a variety of products you can purchase. I’ve never had anything more than my hair done here so outside of the main room I’m not really sure what the layout is like. I know there is a room for pedicures and I think a room for massage. Behind the main room is what I think maybe the party room as well as the restrooms. The reason I’ve been coming year after year the brilliant service provided by Doreen. I’ll be the first to say at times it feels like she is taking forever as you wait your turn, freshly out of the chair with your hair washed BUT at the same time this should be your time thinking about what you want done, read a magazine, look at Facebook, etc. I don’t know why but when I’m in the chair I take my glasses off and put the phone away. Watching Doreen with other clients and with my own experience you can see she really engages them, each and everyone of us. She gets to know our backgrounds, likes, dislikes, hobbies, jobs and remembers so much. She provides so much attention to each person and that when you are in her chair you hardly notice what is going on. If you are in need of a new salon and spa I highly recommend coming here, Doreen and her team will give you the best experience.

Had a bridal party here and it was so nice. Everyone was great. You get what you pay for and the nails aren’t perfect but a $ 20 gel mani is good enough for me! Great value overall.

I’ve been coming here for pedicures for years. While the spa/salon itself could use a facelift, I love visiting for the low priced nail services and friendly staff. Both of the women who do manicures and pedicures are very sweet(and skilled!). They’re enjoyable to talk to but also understand when I need to just sit in silence and read a magazine. Even with the bargain prices, I always walk away with a pedicure comparable to what I’ve received at Excuria… for more than $ 20 less! My only complaint is with the dated décor– ugly carpet and less than dazzling nail area. However, that’s certainly no reason not to try this place out! I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Can’t beat that!

I had gone to Attilio’s for the past two years. I always liked the way my hair ended up, but dreaded walking to cash out. Although I have had the same color application and cut every time, the total was ALWAYS different. I have paid as low at $ 70 for a cut and highlight. Another visit the total came to $ 140. It fluctuated each time. I have tried to find the prices online, at the salon, and called for them. There is nothing online and the prices are nowhere to be found inside the salon. I finally asked what the price would be before my last experience at Attilio’s and the owner stated that they«couldn’t give me a definite price until Lexi was done». It came to $ 125. I do not mind paying a good amount for my hair, but I do not like that it seems as though the older gentlemen at the desk determines the price based on the day/his mood. I love Lexi. She is very personable and good at what she does, but the salon’s unorganized and unavailable prices will be the reason I will not be returning.

Okay, I have read mixed reviews on multiple websites about this salon when I was searching for their number(in order to make an appointment) so I wanted to take the time to write a review to clear some things up. First of all, I’m not some person who only made ONE or two reviews and this being one of the places… so keep that in mind. Secondly, myself and my family have been going to Attilio’s ever since I was a little girl. Over that span of time, of course we have had bad experiences but it was 1 out of 20. Therefore, we continue to return to them because it’s honestly not a big deal. Now, I am speaking for myself. I ONLY see Doreen as I made the mistake of letting the assistants touch my hair before and it was not pretty but let me say Doreen has magical hair hands that NEVER leave me dissatisfied. I have lived in New York City, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Miami beach, and now Miami(Brickell financial area) and let me tell you that NOONE has EVER done my hair as good as Doreen. I literally fly back home just for her to do it. This is for highlights and a cut. She does my highlights exactly how I like them(very very blonde but natural looking). $ 150 for a cut and highlight? WHAT A STEAL!!! Everyone in Buffalo is complaining about the price how about you call before you go and see the prices??? DUH! I have paid close to $ 500 at some of the top notch salons in South Beach and my hair does not look anything like the way that Doreen does it. I just had to write a raving review as I am coming to town this week and definitely going to make an appointment with them so that they can do the highlights for my wedding. YESITWILLTAKEHOURS upon hours to do your hair because she caters to a lot of clients on a daily basis but honestly in my opinion, it’s worth it. My highlight and cut job will take about four hours, yes, FOUR hours but like I stated before it comes out looking better than any top notch South Beach or NYC salon. If you go * You must make an appointment with the owner, Doreen, and be firm on that * Make sure you allow for about four hours(for any color job) * Go in with pictures of what you want to give them a better idea * Be prepared to spend some dough $ I am so happy that I found Attilio’s at such a young age and now I definitely won’t go anywhere else… done trying to search elsewhere as nothing compares.

I waited over an hour after my appointment time for someone to even get me into the chair to start working on my highlights… Plus another half hour in the chair waiting for the stylist… When the hairdresser was finally ready to see me, she didn’t even acknowledge the time or apologize for me having to wait so long. While she did a great job on my hair, the wait, the lack of an apology, and the ridiculously high price made me vow to never go back.
