There is a saying «the customer is always right” — customer service should be #1 priority. Not true here. After repeated contacts stating disappointment in a skimpy floral arrangement — mostly greens absolutely nothing was done to correct the problem– no adjustment, didn’t seem to care t that we were not happy — not a thing to try to remedy the situation-​just repeatedly told– «no– you’re wrong it was beautiful». I was there — so was my family — we all saw it — we were all embarrassed. the final tribute to a loved one looked skimpy, cheap and unfinished. I do not like cronic whiners and complainers, but I also do not like feeling as though I did not get what i ordered and paid for. This cold definatley have been handled better by the florist. Will definatley not use again or recommend them for some upcoming family weddings and other special events. There are a lot of good florists out there– interested in happy satisfied customers. This is NOT one of them!
