As a nonprofit management services organization, Community Connections of New York, Inc. (CCNY, Inc.) partners with community-based organizations, behavioral health agencies, and government agencies to provide training, evaluation, quality improvement, utilization management, and IT innovation to improve the lives of people in the communities that our clients serve.
We understand the mechanics of change at every level of service delivery and provide our clients with the solutions they need to meet their objectives and improve their impact.
History
Established in 2008.
CCNY was founded as a member organization by New Directions Youth & Family Services, Inc., and Gateway-Longview, Inc., in 2008. The two agencies, along with local government, identified the need for an external nonprofit organization to provide quality review and management support to local programs within Erie County’s Children’s System of Care. Since 2008, we have provided a variety of clients with:
