Gold Nail

No stars, had previously been a regular until they put a $ 40 full set on horribly and wouldn’t correct the issue. The heavily tatted nail tech was so rude and unrelenting I had him remove the set and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Horrible customer service I’ll never go back.

Went here to get my nails done 3x before today. Was charged $ 55 for a spa pedicure and gel nails with white tips all 3x. Today I get told my pedicure will be $ 5 more than normal and gel white tips will also be $ 5 more bringing me to $ 65. I told the woman I never was charged for white tips before and she started screaming and yelling at me and she said they always charge for white tips. I was so shocked at the scene this woman was causing. I remember it was only $ 55 because I was telling everyone how amazing that was that it was only $ 55, but today was a different story. I was extremely embarrassed because everyone in the place was looking at me. I also asked if I could just have my cuticles cut down with the gel and no hand massage or hot wax and the woman told me no it would be $ 5 more. I told them I didn’t want my gel manicure anymore and that I would do them on my own. I was humiliated at this place. The only reason I gave then 1 star is because I had to. I will never go there ever again and unless you want to be humiliated I suggest you don’t either.

Baddd service. Came here to get mani/​pedi, but they told us too late. We came at 6:30pm and the way talk to you here, is degrading! They cant even be nice to new customers. Will never come here again. Reccomendation: Dont come to Gold Nails at 800 orchard park road.

A friend and I went for pedis, the wait was short for a Saturday. The atmosphere was ok for a nail salon, but you could really smell the chemicals from the nails. When we sat in the pedi chair we waited for at least 30 minutes before they started. They made up for the time by doing more massage on our feet so that was really nice! We both thought the staff was really friendly and they remembered my friend and her family she brought in before, nice personable touch! Our nails turned out great including a design and the price was reasonable too!
