History
Established in 1912.
Mr. Peter Pietszak started the Funeral Business in 1912. He was followed by his son Paul Pietszak in the 40’s. When he and his daughter Wilhelmina Pietszak remodeled our 806 Clinton Street facility from a local Candy Store into it’s present use today at the Pietszak Funeral Home. In 1983 Wilhelmina’s next door neighbor Michael A. Klimeczko joined the firm and continues running the Funeral Home with his daughters, Wilhelmina and Janine Klimeczko, who are also licensed Funeral Directors. in 1997 Mike went into a partnership and formed the Orlowski-Pietszak Funeral Home at 2400 William St (near Harlem Rd.) in Cheektowaga. In 2005 Mike and his daughters became the sole owners of the Orlowski-Pietszak Funeral Home and also opened a branch of the Pietszak Funeral Home at the same site in Cheektowaga.

Business Owner
Michael has owned the Pietszak Funeral Home since 1983 till today. He now serves the area community with his two daughters, Wilhelmina who earned her Mortuary Science degree from the State University of New York at Canton in 2006 and received her NY State Funeral Directors License in 2007 and Janine, who earned her Mortuary Science degree from the State University of New York at Canton in 2009 and received her NY State Funeral Directors License in 2010.
In 1996 Michael and his business partner built the Orlowski-Pietszak Funeral Home at 2400 William Street near Harlem in Cheektowaga. In 2005 Michael and his family purchased full control of the funeral home at the William St location and opened a second location of the Pietszak Funeral Home at the Cheektowaga site.
