History

Established in 1912.

Reeds Jewelers was opened in Niagara Falls in 1912. Over the years, Reeds opened more stores around NY and its neighboring states. Over cocktails at a wedding in the early 1990’s, the owners of Reeds Jewelers and Jenss Décor had an idea to combine forces to establish a one-​stop shop for jewelry, fine giftware and home décor. On a cocktail napkin, the plan was hatched! ReedsJenss is one of the few stores in the country that assists a bride from her engagement ring to the bridal registry to the selection of wedding bands… and beyond!

Wedding bands, anniversary presents, holiday gifts… I’ve never experienced anything other than great service and selection even during the busiest of times. The representative that sold us our wedding bands 16 years ago still works there today which is a positive reflection of how management treats their employees (and values how good employees interact with customers). I worked with an associate that never serviced me before and was wowed he applied a discount promotion I wasn’t aware of. Don’t be fooled, the clean and nicely decorated building doesn’t mean they are overpriced! Whether you a pursuing a trinket or high end jewelry I highly recommend stopping here and looking around.

I have been a customer of Reeds for the last 15 years and I have always had a great experience! I stopped in the other day because my necklace chain broke and the manager was able to fix it right on the spot! Their customer service is excellent! They have a newly remodeled store that offers a large variety of watches, diamonds and plenty of other jewels and home décor specialty items. They are always my 1st choice for jewelry!

I’ve always really liked Reeds & Jenss. It’s a great place to shop for gifts. They have a great selection of Swarovski, Vera Bradley, Alex & Ani, Pandora, Movado & Rolex. They also have beautiful household decorations and platters/​plates.
Yesterday, I went to purchase a Movado watch for a friend of mine who is retiring. I knew the exact model I wanted. The very helpful woman behind the counter found it immediately and even gave me a coupon for $ 100 off of the purchase. The watch ended up being $ 200 cheaper at Reeds than it was from the Movado website! In addition, Reeds is engraving the watch at no additional charge. I’ve never been given free engraving at any other store. I was very pleased with my experience.

Came in here last night with Brad to look at and purchase 2 wedding bands.
After 15 minutes of waiting, not being helped, and not even someone acknowledging us and saying «someone will be right with you» we left.
It was incredibly unprofessional and considering we were going to make a purchase they lost out on a lot of money. We definitely will not be coming back.
