If I wanted to leave a one word review, it would simply be «abysmal». I don’t know if it’s because it’s on a college campus with college students as employees, but that’s really no excuse.
If you come here between classes, expect to wait in a long line that goes nowhere. While waiting in said line, expect to listen to the employees bickering about how they’ve run out of all food (eggs and bagels comes to mind as my favorite), argue about who’s responsibility it was to make sure they didn’t run out and then re-​hash the argument as a new customer comes up asking for something else they are invariably out of. If you get stuck behind someone asking for a refund, just leave. You could probably make it to the Dunkin on Sweet Home on foot and back before getting your order.
