U.S. Customs And Border Protection

I know that border crossings aren’t really about customer service, but I do believe they’re supposed to be about efficiency. I started writing this review about 45 minutes into my on-​foot crossing. We’ve rung the bell three times, each time being told, «Be right there.» Many agents and others have made eye contact with us without acknowledging that someone is coming.
Now, after the fact: We understand that customs agents are busy people, but no one should have to wait 45 minutes when they’re the only ones in line. We received harsh words from the agent who greeted us. She said that we weren’t even ready, simply because we were laying on the ground, (despite the fact that we had passports in hand) and that we had pulled her away from an inspection. We were in the pedestrian entrance area without benches or an awning and were rained on briefly. She didn’t bother to turn on the lights in the office, and the only indications we had that she was there was the sound of the mag-​lock clicking open. We were rushed through questions, and the interview was over quickly. I apologized for taking up her time, and she did soften a little.
There was little signage to direct U.S. and our bicycles out, but we found our way.
Avoid taking this in foot if you’re a bicycle or pedestrian. Find a more friendly or less busy crossing.

My day could be going much better thank you, except due to the Fact that today on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at approximately 12:00 P.M. Noon, I got off the MegaBus at the border crossing located at
CBP — Port Of Buffalo, 726 Exchange Street Suite #400, Buffalo, New York 14 210 (716) 843‑8300 and I was the last one in line.
I did exactly what I was asked to do which was to show my Valid Passport and answer their Not So Smart Questions such as «What Is My Job?» which has Nothing to do with ME visiting my mother for five days out in Toronto, Ontario Canada.
After that, I thought I was Home Free, but I was Totally Wrong!
After I had put everything through the X-​Ray Machine, the Two Male Border Patrol Officers at the Very End Purposely And Deliberately «RACIALLY PROFILED ME» for being something that I was NOT such as a Terrorist and then they Harassed, Tormented and Embarrassed and Verbally Abused ME by Handpicking and ONLY choosing ME from All Of The Passengers On The MegaBus (which held the bus up for quite some time) to be STRIPPED OF AND SEARCHED FOR EVERYTHING OF MY BELONGINGS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO GOING THROUGH EVERYTHING FOR NO GOOD, NOR APPARENT, NOR LEGITIMATE REASONS other than RACIAL PROFILING, PREJUDICE, HATRED AND DISGUSTING RACIAL DISCRIMINATION.
During this very Discriminatory and Embarrassing Search, they asked ME again «What My Damn Job Was Twice» in which is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS, even though I had already answered the question, however, it still Not make a Difference since I am I doing Nothing Illegal On Top Of That, so Why Even Bother Asking?
What The Hell Do I Look Like? A Drug Dealer???
Please NOTE: Since they already checked out my Passport for my Criminal History and Nothing Showed Up then Why Do They Still Need To Know About My Job?
Very Strange Question!
Furthermore, during this Very Unnecessary Search, they also Forced ME to Remove My Coat, Remove My Scarf, Pull Up My Pant Legs and Empty All Of My Pockets,
They also Looked Deep Inside Of My Wallet, Studied My Credit Cards, Read All Of The Writing On My Scrap Paper Which I Use To Write On, etc.
The did Everything Wrong To ME, except for Strip Search ME, but they claim that they were «DOING THEIR JOB»!
They even asked ME what My Jewish Menorah Was For even though They Knew Damn Well What That Was!
This was NOT only Discrimination And Prejudice, but this was an ACT OF RELIGIOUS AND HATEFUL DISCRIMINATION as well and I am Extremely Offended By Their Very Poor Judgment, Naiveness, Stupidity And Negative Interactions Towards And Against ME!
I am also Very Angry and Upset over the Very Poor Treatment that I had Received Overall At The Border, Plus My Civil Rights As An American Citizen Have Been 100% Violated!
I happen to be a 100% Innocent American Citizen who is a TaxPayer who has lived in the United States Of America Legally Since 1990 and Got Treated As A Bloody Terrorist!
I did ask them Why Am I Being Harassed At Their Border and they claimed, once again that they are Supposedly Doing Their Job!
Doing Their Job My ASS!
This is NOT the Kind Of Job that I Hired These People To Do With My Taxpayers Dollars!
Hell No!
No Innocent Persons Deserves To Go Through The Torture, Humiliation And Harassment That I Went Through Today!
If You think that You Are Solving Crime By Harassing Innocent Americans Who Have No Crime Records, Then You Have Another Thing Coming!
I therefore want an Internal Investigation Conducted against the Two Male Officers Involved, of whom I do Not know their names since they never provided them to ME, but they were the ONLY Two Male Officers who were working at the End Of The X-​Ray Machine and I am sure that it will Not be hard to find, nor identify them.
