Adam’s Restaurant & Piano Bar offers a unique, upscale fine dining experience to fit almost any budget, may it be for a dinner or private banquets. Our made from scratch approach to food Mediterranean and American cuisine separates us from most as we only use fresh, local organic vegetables and ingredients in our dishes. Our signature prime steak sauces are made with herbs grown in our very own garden. We pride ourselves in what we do and the experience you have dining in our restaurant. We hope you join us soon. Are you interested in a private event or luncheon? We are open for private events and luncheons any day of the week for groups of 20 or more. Adam’s is owned and managed by restaurateur, Adam Kantback. Former owner of three award-winning restaurants in Charlotte, North Carolina — Adam’s at Ballantyne, The Bridge Café and La Bibliotheque, which received the AAA Four Diamond Award 15 years in a row. La Bibliotheque was also featured in Charlotte’s Hall of Fame Eatery.

Adam’s is locally owned and professionally managed by Adam Kantback.
Adam Kantback has over 30 years of culinary and restaurant experience. Adam intially studied and refined his passion for food in Sweden and Europe. Mr. Kantback previously owned and operated three restaurants in Charlotte, North Carolina, «Adam’s at Ballantyne,» «The Bridge Café» and «La Bibliotheque,» which recieved the AAA Four Diamond Award 15 years in a row.

Business Owner
Adam has been in the restaurant industry for more than 25 years. Growing up in Sweden, he was always around fine European dining. After years in Europe, Adam opened many high profile restaurants in Charlotte North Carolina before settling with his wife and kids in Historic Buford GA.
