I leased a Hyndai Genesis Coup on Sunday ⁵⁄₁₂ 016. My Sales person was Damon Snipe and my Finance guy was Micheal. I went home happy.
Today Damon and Michael called me wanting more money or they would repo the car.
Details 2800 down, 350 a month…36 Months…12 K miles per year. Signed contract…690 credit score.
Not going to happen. I have a signed contract. I dare you to call me again for more money.
If I ever hear from you guys again it is not going to be good for you. But try!!!

If the signed contract I have in my hand at 350 a month is not ok come get your garbage Hyundai back and I will go Rick Case or just get a real car!!! Hyundai Gen Coups have a bad rep because the doors rattle when you shut them and it can not keep up with a Mustang!!!
I have a quote for an auto 2016 Gen Coup auto at 348 a month same down payment at Rick Case.

After going to many car dealerships this one although being 50 min away was more then worth the drive. As a woman it is quite terrifying to go into places like this because we can easily be taken advantage of. But my experience here was amazing. Willie Coleman patiently helped me through the whole process and was honest and straightforward no bull. The staff was also so very kind and willing to help you afford a car you love. Things went so well my sister bought a car too same day as me. So that should tell you how happy we were. We wish them much success.

I want to start out saying it’s been almost 10 years since my wife and I have been car shopping. We take great care of our cars/​equipment and expect them to take care of us in the long run. My wife’s 2004 BMW 325Ci was totaled in November and we decided to go with an efficient smaller but still sporty car for her commute to and from work. We were really dreading the car buying chore because it’s rarely a pleasant experience.
We shopped a lot of local dealers — Ford, Chevy, Mazda, KIA, Lexus, BMW, CarMax, Nissan, Subaru, and Hyundai — for both new and used cars. We also shopped online to get compatible costs/​features —

— and we used Consumer Reports to get evaluations on quality and reliability. Bottom line — we did a lot of homework before heading out the door to test drive cars.
After several days of visiting car dealers we finally got to Hyundai Mall of Georgia. We started as we did with every dealership checking out the used car inventory, then seeing what the new cars offered. Dwayne Palmer came right out and offered to answer any questions we had, but in a very friendly and non-​aggressive way. Good thing. Otherwise we would have walked away as we did at the Ford dealership just down the road (Mall of GA Ford).
We drove a used Elantra and my wife liked it right away. She is detailed and knows what she wants and has expectations on performance and price. Dwayne was very patient as we hammered him about the used car, and then we switched gears on him and asked to drive a new Elantra. We both really liked the Elantra Limited better than any other car we had driven. We liked it even better when we learned that Hyundai changed their warranty for 2016 to 5 yrs/​50K miles bumper to bumper vs. the previous 3 yrs/​36K miles warranty.
Now that we knew we wanted a 2016 Elantra, we started to specify exterior color, interior color, etc. When you get very specific there’s a good chance your exact car isn’t available in inventory, and that was the case here. Dwayne did some research and found a car in Alabama and offered to have the car driven to the dealership the next day for us to check out. I was expecting some pricing push-​back as the car wasn’t in «current inventory», but that didn’t happen.
When the car arrived at the dealership and was cleaned up, we went back to test drive it and make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Then we started the buying process by getting the exact cost information on the new Elantra Limited. Dwayne gave us a great deal (we already had pricing info from TrueCar, USAA Car Buying Service, and Consumer Report). We also had financing lined up with USAA and Associated Credit Union, but asked if Hyundai could do better on a new car loan. They did!
The car is only a week old, but I’ll come back and post a review of the customer service/​maintenance experience when we have information to share.
Net-​net — our car buying experience at Hyundai Mall of Georgia was great. No high pressure from anyone (we would have walked away). No: «I’ll have to talk to my sales manager». Dwayne did a great job as our salesperson, and he made the car buying experience much less stressful and very positive. The price he gave us was on target for the lowest price available, and he even got us $ 500 extra dollars because I was a military vet. Kudos to Christina Lee for lining us up with a great financing rate (beating USAA and Associated). She is a very nice young lady and made the paperwork as painless as possible.
We both recommend Hyundai Mall of Georgia and Dwayne Palmer if you are looking for a new or used Hyundai.

These people suck! They have no regard for their customers or customer service. They love to yoyo people with dangling a loan application only to renig the interest rate after you already have the car for a few weeks. Do not shop here at all costs.

First, let me start off by saying the first experience with them was great. I bought a 2013 Sonata Hybrid last year like in Feb/​March of 2014. I got into an accident that totalled the car August 2014, so I went back to them to see what they could get me into since they treated my mother and me so great when we both bought new cars.
My sales associate was EXCELLENT!!! She went above and beyond the call of duty for bought car buying experiences!!! I love HER and we are friends still.
HOWEVER, the deal in from the beginning was MUD!!! SUCKED!!! They offered to sell me their loaner car. Said it was never sold or titled out to anyone. It was titled to them so that was a lie. They sold it at brand new status, that was a lie as it had over 5k miles on it by the time I got it… Pay attention to «when I got it»… They sold me a car that they didn’t have at the time… That should have been the indicator for me to get up and RUN! I trusted them so I stayed and went with the deal. I signed the paperwork on a Saturday and was sent home in a rental. Why you ask… because they loaned the car out to a client that was having repairs done… They promised me the car the following Tuesday. I call up there, no car. This went on for two weeks before I got to the point where I wanted to speak to managers and corporate and everyone else. They inconvienced me (selling me a car they didn’t have) and put me in a stinky rental because they didn’t want to car the client with it and get it back. The interest rate was through the roof and the payment was ridiculious. I finally get the car, and there is a stratch from the front wheel well to the back wheel on the passenger side. So, yep you guessed it, I had to go longer without my car because they had to fix it. Oh and I forgot to mention they didn’t give me a bill of sale. nothing!
I finally get all my documents and the car back only to have to take it back because THEY FORGOT TO CONNECT MY HEAD LIGHT AFTER PAINT!!!
I get that taken care of. and found out that I could have had the same dang payment with a 2015 that they gave me for that loaner they sold me (2014 sonata base model). The only things I liked about the car was the blue color and the carmel insides. I didn’t feel like it was my car, and hated driving it.
It took longer than they said to get the paperwork finalized and to get my refunds back on the warranty, gap, and services package I paid for on the car that was totalled; had to call all over the world to get it done.
Needless to say I traded it in this past Feb (after having it for 5 months). I haven’t looked back since…
Again I love my sales associate. It wasn’t her fault at all. I just had to provide my experience to help others.

I just bought a new 2015 Elantra, and they made the process very easy for me! I met with Louis and he made sure that I was able to get what I wanted in a car. He was very helpful and confident in the Hyundai brand, which made me feel much better about my decision! I initially went in just to shop around. I wasn’t intending to actually drive off of the lot with a brand new car. However, they were able to give me a deal that was too good to pass up! I’m very impressed with how professional and helpful they were! When it came time to finance, Wesley was very helpful with explaining everything to me. I left without any questions and again, very confident in my decision. I highly recommend getting a Hyundai, and especially from this location! They definitely take care of you!

I bought a 2012 Genesis Coupe from them brand new. The sales process was very straightforward. No games and I got a great deal. They have been my service department since then. They are have an excellent service department. I like this place so much that I just had my 18-​year-​old daughter get a brand-​new accent. I have owned American-​made cars, BMW’s, Honda’s and Acura’s. I’ve never had such a well-​built car, such a quiet car, and such awesome professional customer service. You guys Rock!

Bought my car here only because I couldn’t find the color and style anywhere else. But service prices are so high, compared to Rick Case in Duluth. Even the coupons Rick case offer off the lower service prices are better than Mall of Ga Hyundai, and they are 10 mins apart. It’s Cozy, and comfortable at Rick Case, at autonation, it seems like all the sales people are judging you as you wait for service being done on the car. This dealership is small and nowhere to escape to, but I have been to a worst spot, there is another Rick case in Roswell area which can make you claustrophobic in 5 seconds flat.

Great customer service. As a people focus profession, I am extremely strict about how my dealer treat me. However, Elizabeth took the gold trophy and so far deliver the best, genuine customer service compare to other dealerships around our state! With sharp professionalism, friendliness, knowledgable l, respectful and passionate, she deliver outstanding services from when I first meet her until I drive off with my new sonata limited that evening. Not only that, out of many competitive dealership, this one to my knowledge had my car with the specific spec with the lowest price! No hidden secrets or catch. Recommended? Highly.

Guess what I bought a car Carvana and they delivered it to me with a roll of quarters $ 10 and two bottles of water in it. You lost my business!

Update to previous review: While my buying experience was phenomenal, service after the sale lacks MUCH! My paper tag expired and was unable to get anyone to call me back, be it a tag specialist or the sales person. I even called and spoke with a Sales Manager who listened to my complaint only to transfer me to the same number that I had left 3 messages for!!! I finally was able to reach a sales person at the Toyota dealership who gave me the info I needed (not my sales person or even the dealership that I purchased from!!). Tag paperwork arrived at my house (FINALLY) 3 days after my paper tag expired with a check stating that I now needed to go to the tag office and purchase the tag, myself. Why even take my money up front if you weren’t going to process the paperwork to begin with??? All I can say is beware when it comes to getting the tag for your vehicle. To this day, a tag specialist has yet to return my call to explain why this process was so difficult and why I had to wait until after my paper tag expired for them to even send the reimbursement! Crazy tactics and ones that will definitely leave a lasting impression when it comes to buying my next new car. I think I’ll go elsewhere just so that I won’t have the headaches after the sale.

Just bought my first car from AutoNation. Technically, it was a used car so it came from the FIAT lot (Too bad one of those weren’t in my price range!) But I worked with the people at Hyundai lot.
Excellent, excellent experience. I have been shopping around all summer and it has been a huge headache of an experience dealing with sales people and trying to figure out if a car is worth the buy.
When I went to Autonation to look at a car I was interested in, someone was immediately available to help, take me for a test drive, go through any concerns, and so forth.
They have mechanics who work on the cars and do not take cars that will not run. The tires on the car were new, it was clean, and has been running perfectly! At the dealership it was priced at $ 4999, but online at
It was listed for $ 2,460 and they gave it to me for that price. Super great deal!
I will probably drive this car until it absolutely dies, and when I need a new car (maybe by then I will be able to afford a Fiat? Here’s to dreaming…) I know where I am guying to buy it!

I drive my cars for at least 8 — 10 years. The car I currently drive I’ve had for almost 11 years, and it has 180Kmiles. So, when it comes time for me to purchase a new car I do a tremendous amount of research, look for a long, LONG time, test drive everything under the sun… and then I drag my husband out to see the «final contenders»…
And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is the process we finished today.
The WINNER of my business was Martel Williams at Team Hyundai Mall of Georgia. Allow me to say that out of all of the auto salespeople I’ve met and dealt with over the years, Martel is in the top 2 or 3 with regards to professionalism, courtesy, respect, KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT HE WAS SELLING (you’d be shocked how many salesguys have no CLUE as to the features/​benefits of what they are trying to sell!). It was a refreshing and yes, even ENJOYABLE experience!
We were also considering a 2012 Kia Optima and, although the Optima is also a great car, the staff at Carriage Kia was disorganized (granted, it was a very busy day)… but they were also ill-​informed on the features of the car (I told THEM things abut the car.), and when it came time to close the deal, they sent in an old-​school ‘high pressure closer’. Nope. Didn’t work for me.
We wound up driving 20 miles BACK to Hyundai… and gave Martel the business. His professionalism, product knowledge, courtesy (and of course the QUALITY product he’s selling) clinched the deal.
Moral of the story? If you’re looking for a new car and considering Hyundai (and you should — GREAT cars with GREAT warranties!)… go see Martel!

Although I did not end up buying the car I had a great experience. There were no high pressure sales tactics. There is the usual going back and forth, going to ask the sales manager, etc, etc but there wasn’t any high pressure sales tactics, rudeness or anything. They did send in another sales rep to convince me to buy. This is normal but when I finally said I can’t work with that I got up, shook his hand, he said thank you and I left. When I am ready to buy I will go back and let them try again.
