It was dirty. Staff were rude to each other. It was no how are you doing. No thank you. I’m spoiled by chick fi la. It’s quiet. Most customers are drive thru. The girl cashier was awesome. Food was good. Clean bathrooms.

FASTANDEFFICIENT The only other review for this restaurant is for window service only but, I actually walked in for service. This restaurant is located at Gravel Springs Road and Highway 20, so it is a very busy area. During weekday mornings most people will choose to use the drive through so that they are able to get their food quickly. If you are in a hurry, your best option is to walk inside for fast and efficient service or you may end up sitting in line longer than expected. The restaurant was clean and service was very timely. We took our food to go and the order was prepared as ordered and was hot and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised to actually see toasting marks on my croissant sandwich. My second surprise was discovering that this location actually carries a chicken biscuit which was my daughter’s choice. She really liked her sandwich and the fact that her biscuit held up under as others tend to fall apart. This is a nice Burger King but remember that the best service may require you to go inside to place your order.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes to get breakfast slowest service I have ever received had enough time to write this review while waiting in line at the drive thru no explanation as to why it took so long staff was not even sorry about it showed no concern
