Chuck E Cheese’s is my favourite past time as a children. When we were kids we visited Chuck E Cheese’s on a bi-weekly basis and back then the prices were reasonable and honestly the pizza was very good, this was of course the late 1980’s and early 90’s. Fast forward to the future, not so much. The pizza here is worse than frozen pizza and the crust is paper thin. If you come to Chuck E Cheese’s don’t expect the best customer service as the place is run by high school teenagers. Yesterday when we stopped by, there was no one at the front cash register(Saturday), a minute later a young lady approached and when I asked to buy some tokens she said she was not working. Seriously? Moments later someone else came by. When coming to Chuck E Cheese’s, make sure to print out coupons to get the best deals. For example for $ 29.99 you get one large pizza with one topping, 4 soda cups and 55 tokens. If you have toddlers, those 55 tokens will last you about 15 minutes, as the majority of the games nowadays require 2 tokens per game play. The best option is to eat before coming to Chuck E Cheese’s and just purchase the 150 tokens for the $ 30 bucks bundle, this puts each token at 20 cents each, which is a good deal considering today’s prices. On average the games print out about 2 – 5 tickets per machine, this is a poor return. If you were to get 5 tickets for every game play at 2 tokens a game(75×2 = 150), you would have 375 tickets. Well if a prize you wanted for your child required 2000 tickets, you would have to spend over $ 150 dollars to win that prize, which costs CEC maybe $ 15. The best advice is to give a child a set amount of tokens, let them know that is all that they are getting, once they are gone, that is it. If they are older, give them $ 5 to $ 10 to teach them about money, they get what they get in tokens, once they run out, it is time to go home. My son so far has not turned in his tickets, as he is learning what happens when you wait and save up your tickets; a much better prize. A birthday party on the weekend with 10 children and 10 adults comes in a package of 3 different plans. The packages per child are $ 13(star package), $ 18(super star), $ 23(mega super star). For example, if you did the mega super star for 10 children(each get a drink and 2 slices of pizza) ordered 3 pizzas for the adults, and a ¼ sheet cake, the total would be $ 312 plus tax. Time is reserved for 2 hours for seating. The good thing is you do not have to worry about the cleanup, which is nice. Overall, CEC’s is still a fun place to visit. Just keep in mind that booths are only available for those who order food, the days of free seating and being able to have a birthday party at CEC’s without having to reserve tables is long gone. We used to buy 3 pizzas and just sit wherever we wanted as kids during my early birthday parties. [Review #339](Ninety Nineth Review of 2015)

Took my 3 year old here and it wasn’t what I remembered as a kid. I thought there would be more slides and a ball pit but sadly there was none. It’s just a bunch of games guy can play for tickets. Not to mention you need a lot of tickets to get any sort of prize. Maybe this place would be a little better for an older kid. Don’t get me wrong they had a few great games for her and I think she had fun I just expected more. I would come back if she asked

Great place for the kids! Fun games and decent food, but not as well kept as others I have been to. Overall they have a nice layout and the price of tokens and convenience to kids is great. I do wonder when they changed the policy of 1 token per game? My biggest complaint is really how dirty it is. Even when here on off peak hours it seems like they have less people helping out with clean up. As a parent I do realize that cleaning with kids is like shoveling snow in a blizzard but it is possible, many businesses manage to do it.

I think this location has got it all! Friendly and helpful staff! It can get crazy on a rainey afternoon but that is to be expected. My only complaint: why have you raised many of your games to 2 tokens? We love Chuckey Cheese but im a bit disapointed in the increase.

Love taking my kids here to let them play and have fun trying to win tickets on the games they have. The food isn’t that great and overpriced for the quality. They try to encourage you to buy the food by having token deals with the food. The kids don’t seem to mind it because they are more excited about playing and it fills them up. But for the parent… it’s a waste. It’s sometimes a little crazy. Especially when some parents just let their kids run loose without watching them, all hyped up on caffeine with a pocket full of tokens. Those are not fun experiences.

WHATLEVELOFHELLDID I HAPPENUPON?!? Was the first thought out of my head when I walked in the door. I love my child. I don’t love other children. This is the wrong place for me to be. Also, their service sucks. Ordered a pizza and it took 90 minutes to get to us.

Best place for busy kids ages 4 – 7 never use to bring my older kids while they were young! Nowadays I just load up on hand sanitizer. Today I decided to take the boys out just for something to do, they have been inside for the most of 2days due to weather, snow, cold temps. This location is clean inside, not crowded at all well, not on this day. The Food was so so, just some of Chuck E cheeses recipes, made for kids tastebuds. This place is okay for the youngins, gives them some freedom to run around.

I went here with some kids I was babysitting earlier today, and let me tell you how big of a mistake that was… First off EVERYTHING there smells like actual asshole. Their attempt to cover it up with Air Wick clearly was unsuccessful. Immediately I was approached by a father who had a kid attending a birthday party. He pulled me aside and offered me 150 $ to take him to the men’s room and punch him in the dick. I alerted an employee and what I got was an asshole named Tracey who offered me 80 tokens to «Let it Go»! Later I went to the snack bar to get a soda. As I approached the counter I started to order before the cashier cut me off. He said«Sir before you order I am required by law to inform you that. I am a registered Sex offender» Not surprised at all I replied … Why are you working at Chuck E Cheese then? The Talent he said and then pointed to a 9 year old in a Power Rangers sleeveless T-Shirt. That was the last straw for me so I went to get the kids. As usual I had to maneuver around 6 tables of 58 Columbia kids … Most of which were too old to be here, but then again it is huge in the Spanish community because of the 4 $ Cheese pizza and the fact that they could pretend to play the games without any tokens. When I finally saw the kids I was watching, they were over by the air hockey tables next to Chucke. I was astounded when I got a closer look and saw that he was showing them a handgun. We left as soon as we could and I doubt I will ever return to this location.

So this one is a 4-star, pretty clean, pretty good service. Even on a busy Saturday. We prefer to come in on a weekday for a little less noise, which means we’re getting old(it is Chuck E Cheese after all).

Four words– Lord of the Flies. Went there for a bday party and got verbally assaulted from the parent of a bully who clearly suffered E.D.(the parent, not the brat). The kids are okay for the most part, but throw one neglected bully with idiot parents in there and it will ruin the whole looooong, tiresome, frustrating experience. Reminds me of the indoor jumpy parks– lot’s of chaos, germs, and mindless parents texting the entire time their unruley kids run wild all over smaller and younger children. Gross place.
