I had only been to one other Einstein Brothers Bagels in Jacksonville, FL and LOVED it! I was excited to find one locally. They have a great selection and everything was fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful! I love the variety avaliable anything from French Toast bagels to 9– grain bagels. Mondays are 12 for $ 6. I WILLBEBACK!

A place that doesn’t even turn off their open sign is an obviously poorly run business or a staff full of stupid people. I won’t be coming here.

I come in here every morning. Every morning I get the same thing: everything bagel with jalapeño smear not toasted. This morning I wait in the drive thru and have my order taken the same as I always do. Get to the window and am told they are out of everything bagels… at 7:30am. Why I ask? We have a really big order this morning, and they are a more important customer than you who comes in everyday. So long Einsteins, you will receive no more business from me.

Probably the wimpiest«everything» bagel I’ve ever had… I’ve had some good bagels from Einstein’s before. This was my first time at this location… the Buckhead locations are much better. They were very busy, and I understand they were doing the best getting orders out as quickly as they could, but we had to «send back»(meaning the guy had to run back twice to correct the order). We got one toasted everything’s bagel, to-go, with smoke salmon cream cheese, and we asked that it be cut in half since we were sharing. First time, he brought it out on a basket, and when I told him it was to-go(which was also written in 3 different places on the receipt), he walked away too fast, so when he came back, I had to remind him that it was supposed to be cut in half.

Great bagels with a large selection. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to process my order fast. Molly was exceptional greeting everyone with a nice smile and«good morning«.She even gave me a senior discount. The restaurant is super clean and was very busy, indicating its a popular spot for breakfast . I’ll be backl

I love their food but make sure you double check if getting it to go. The bagels are super yummy!

I have always enjoyed my breakfast experienced at this Einstein location. Service is friendly and the manager is watching keeping an eye on things. I like the asparagus and egg white bagel signature sandwich on a whole wheat bagel. Their hazelnut coffee is delicious too. The drive thru can be slow since everything is made to order.

The food is good, when they manage to make it correctly. I’ve never experienced so many incorrect orders from one place before. Between that, the soda never having enough syrup and the insanely slow service, this place is more of a hassle then it’s worth for the off chance they actually your order correct. When confronted with an incorrect order, the manager barely apologizes and will only comp your order(even if you got it in the drive through and had to come back for them to correct it) if you basically force her. There are so many other restaurants in the mall of Georgia area, there is no reason you need to subject yourself to this place.

Love the cream cheese and bagels. Eating the sandwich this place is a five. The drive through is a no pickle giving drive through and slow. No pickle five times in a row. No pickle! Maintaining a great service level is at a one. So this place is a three.

The worst service. SLOWEST Drive thru I in the entire mall of Georgia area. Not polite at the drive thru after a horrific wait. No apologies. The manager, Mike Mikanhal…(sp) needs to get a hold on this place. We have never had a good experience here and will not come back. Amazing.

Buyer Beware. I am a native Philadelphian, so if your looking for a good bagel that is remenicient of the Jewish bakeries back home, this place is in the ballpark. However, BUYERBEWARE!!! This place is a price gouger. I went in on a Sunday with my daughter and ended up paying almost $ 8 for bagel sandwiches that are listed for $ 5 a piece. They charged me over $ 2 per sandwich for a tablespoon of cream cheese on the side and a jelly packet you could find for free at your local McDonalds. You are better off going to Panera. *Also, they are having problems running their line and several customers demanded refunds. Bad management.

Two stars for customer service. I can’t rate anything else because I left after 20 minutes WITH. NO. FOOD. After waiting almost 10 minutes for two toasted bagels with cream cheese, I inquired. A very catatonic cashier informed me that the order was in process. I noticed another customer who had been waiting next to me so I asked him how long he’d been waiting, and he said 20 minutes. So, after another 5 minutes, I simply asked for my money back and was told it would take another 5 minutes for a superior to process the refund. Neither the cashier not the superior EVEN. SAID. SORRY. When I relayed this story to two others, each had their own super poor customer service experience at this location — a long wait indoors and being ignored at the drive through — like no one even said«Hi, please hold.» after waiting for almost 5 minutes. If you have all day, I’m sure their food is good. LOL.

It is not the local bagel shop, but it is the best option around and for the most part is a pretty good franchise. I say this because they bake the bagels fresh each morning on location and the menu is always changing to offer new bagel and breakfast experiments. This location in particular has been pretty good. Friendly staff and good quality breakfast menu and tasty coffee. I personally enjoy the nova lox on am everything bagel. Which for the record lox and nova are not the same thing, but I don’t care what they call it as long as it tastes good :). Overall a good spot for a bagel and coffee.

I would guess I’ve eaten at Einstein’s Bagels about a million times. This location is on my way to the office, and is a regular stop for me when I’m not traveling. Power bagel, toasted, with peanut butter and a refill on my coffee cup. I LOVE the coffee here, by far the best of any of the many sandwich /coffee shops around.

Stopped by on a Saturday morning. It was busy, but not slammed. After waiting in a short line for 10 minutes while the cashiers argued, the manager came over to run the register. Once ordered, it was about a 15 minute wait for our food. By the time we sat to eat, the bagels were cold. The food tasted good, but the experience was poor.

I like this chain– bagels of every incarnation, smooth coffee, free wi-fi, ample dining area and moderate prices. The employees are friendly enough but the service can be slow at times. The dining area is mostly clean, and this place is never excessively crowded, but to be fair I’ve never been here in the morning during their prime time rush. I appreciate the fact that this chain is attempting to make moderate caloric choices available. They now promote three«Smart Choices» meals under 390 cal each. Kudos to them. Try their Nova Lox breakfast sandwich. It’s delicious!

Met a friend here for lunch and ended up staying nearly three hours. My how the time flies. It was surprisingly quiet and no one bothered us at all. Bagels, wi-fi, free refills. Awesome. Not exactly easy to find, but it’s there. Look for the corner of «Financial Center Way».

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I ordered a caramel iced latte with extra whip cream through the drive thru. There wasn’t a line at all and when we pulled up to the window we can see it wasn’t slammed on the inside, and there were even employees standing around talking. Took the lady 9 minutes to get to the window(we timed it since we were on our way to church) to take our payment, which at that moment she handed us a Frappuccino… ?. You’d think a bagel/coffee joint would know their espresso drinks… but obviously not. We didn’t bother having her make us another drink since we needed to head on to church. When we told her how long it took for her to get to the window, she gave us attitude saying she can«only move as fast as the machine.» I wanted to say something about her weight playing a major factor in it… But it was a Sunday. I used to work as a Barista when I was younger. Took me only about 3 to 4 minutes to make any specialty drink, so her claiming that was some bull. Thankfully one of the ladies heard our dismay and handed us all free pastries. Just horrible service! Even the frappuccino she gave us had huge chunks of ice in it. Disgusting. Never will be back again, and will gladly spread the word to others in the area.
