Hamilton Mill Spine Center is a patient-​centered, family-​oriented chiropractic clinic that specializes in postural correction and spinal rehabilitation. We concentrate on acheiving both structural and functional improvements through a three-​phase treatment plan that combines specific chiropractic adjustments with innovative spinal rehabilitation procedures in order to bring about measurable, long-​term spinal corrections that are verifiable on post-​treatment x-​rays. Patients are given home care and exercise instructions to help maintain their corrections and lessen the need for frequent future care. Our comprehensive approach addresses the underlying cause of most cases of chronic headache, neck and low back pain, arm and leg pain, numbness and tingling, and numerous other conditions.

Established in 2003.

Using Pettibon Spinal Rehabilitation, Dr. Tim Pugh has been helping patients in the Buford, GA area for over 8 years. By coupling adjustments with physical therapy, better results are within reach when you come to visit the Hamilton Mill Spine Center.
