Established in 2007.

From 1994 to 2007 Ken worked for Paul C. Parker and Associates representing consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases and individuals injured in auto accidents and at work. In 2007, he opened his own practice, Kenneth A. Parker, P.C. and continues to work for consumers and people injured at work or in auto accidents. Kenneth A. Parker, P.C. is a family oriented Law Practice that offers personal service to all of our clients.

In 1994, Ken graduated from John Marshall Law School and started working at Paul C. Parker and Associates as an attorney representing consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Cases and injured workers and individuals injured in auto accidents. Paul C. Parker had over 20 offices across Georgia and Ken would travel to each office to meet clients. In 2007, he opened Kenneth A. Parker, P.C. in order to open his own practice and focus on the personal aspects of a law practice — Personal service to each client.

Ken has been married to his wife, Sonya, for 19 years and they have two children: Sarah and Jack. Ken is the president of the Mill Creek Athletic Association where his children play sports and he is the Director of the Gainesville Aid Project, an Non-​Profit organization that helps the disabled and elderly people of the Hall County area.
