Preston Hills At Mill Creek

When we were apartment searching, we looked everywhere! Upon arriving at Preston Hills, we were pleased with the grounds, the maintenance and we were pleased with the attitudes and the helpfulness of the staff at the front office. We worked with Ajyl, she showed us some places. It seemed to be a very quiet community, we left and searched some more, and upon receiving a follow up call, we went back to look at an available apartment, the staff were still friendly, the grounds were being well kept and we decided to moved in. If you’re looking to move here, ask for Ajyl. She is awesome! Great personality, very personable, helpful, and will make sure you absolutely get what you are looking for without trying to get a quick buck from you.

The rudest staff you will come across. They are nice when they are showing you the property but after that good luck talking to anyone if you have a problem and when you do talk to them be prepared to be treated with NO RESPECT. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Look elsewhere

This place is turning more and more ghetto every day. The first year we moved in, my mothers vehicle was broken into and had her radio stolen. Also, a resident posted a flyer about their vehicle having it’s wheels stolen. Been here since ’09. The vandalism and thuggery has been quiet lately, but you’ll still encounter a young punk every now and then. The staff at the front office is terrible. They’re all a bunch of rude ladies. My advice, own a firearm when living here. You never know if you’ll need it.
