History
Established in 2012.
As a Certified appraiser, David Blanton saw many under represented parties in transactions. These parties had agents, just agents that weren’t looking out for their clients best interests. In 2011, David was licensed as an agent. He joined Keller Williams in 2012 and began the Real Estate Wise team. David received rookie of the year in 2012. David is on pace to sell over 30 homes in 2013, which is 8 times the sales of the average licensed agent according to National Association of Realtors statistics.
With his appraisal background, David has a thorough understanding of property valuation that is unique among real estate agents. This is a tremendous benefit to our seller clients. The seller can maximize their return, while ensuring that the property is not overpriced. We work with our sellers to make sure they understand the market and their home’s place in it.
We also help our buyer clients to fully understand the market so that they can make wise and informed decisions.

David has over 15 years of experience in residential real estate. He has an appraisal background. He was a certified residential appraiser and appraised thousands of homes during his appraisal career.
David also has two years of experience as a mortgage loan consultant.
David achieved rookie of the year in 2012, and is on pace to sell over 30 homes in 2013.
David has a client first philosophy. He will always advise based on what is best for his clients, not what is best for his wallet.
