Sills Primary Care

I only put 1 star because there wasn’t an option for none. This facility is disgusting, the staff along with the doctor are unprofessional and unfriendly. The wait is ridiculous especially when you’ve booked an appointment. I would never refer anyone to this place.

I moved to Buford in March and decided to find a new primary care doctor. After combing through the united healthcare website, I decided to try Sills Primary Care out. BIG MISTAKE. Efficiency and Empathy are two key indicators of success in a business, in my opinion; both are missing from this establishment. From setting up my initial appointment with the agent over the phone, rudeness was abound. Then on the morning of my visit, I arrived 20 minutes early (since I was a new patient and I knew paperwork would have to be filled out) but I didn’t see Dr. Sills until 1.25hrs after my scheduled appointment. The reason for the delay, as I was told, was simple: the Dr. had not arrived to begin the day. When I finally met with Dr. Sills, she appeared to be cordial and attentive to my needs. When I expressed that I was there for a yearly physical, she assured me that I would have no problems. Unfortunately, when I received the bill for my physical, the chaos ensued. Mildred in billing does not care whatsoever about your billing concerns. In fact, she is quick to mention that Dr. Sills codes everything from a billing standpoint so she has no idea why charges are given. If you are looking for competent, empathetic, and efficiency, I warn you, steer clear of this place.
