I called and made an appt. during our discussion about my dog (a neutered male Irish Terrier) I mentioned that he is not happy about having his rear end groomed. So the appt day/​time came and went. I called a couple of times to find out if she planned on coming. No reply, no returned call. I can only think that my mentioning that my dog was not always happy during grooming scared her off. If you can only groom the easiest of canine customers, maybe another profession might work better for you.
