Worst treatment I’ve ever received in my life. I waited 40 minutes in an empty waiting room, after no greeting from the receptionist who didn’t care if I was there or not. Then Larry reeked of cigarettes and beer, seemingly walked out for no reason in the middle of my hearing test for 10 minutes, returned and didn’t care about my problems and sent me on my way. I’m shocked a place like this exists in America! It was absolutely horrendous.
