We are a 267 space RV resort with park model homes available. We have a friendly staff and a beautiful resort. Our deli/​convenience store offers a wide variety of items and serves delicious food. Delivery is also available. The deli is open to the public.

Established in 2001.

Family owned business. Construction started in 2001 with the 1st Phase. Currently we have 265 spaces.

Booked the month of December here. Most sites are not level and it is steep enough that my auto-​leveler didn’t work. Had to «old-​time» it with blocks under the starboard wheels. Most of the staff is extremely nice and helpful though. The WIFI is not free and is expensive. $ 40 for 30 days connection and have had faster and more reliable WIFI at other parks for free. The cable TV is only analog which makes the picture not so good. Don’t get any semi-​premium stations; just the normal stations you would normally get via antenna if you were close enough to get antenna stations. The wind is another factor no one mentions. Although it’s not the fault of the «Resort», it is something to be aware of. High winds all night when your home is on wheels can keep you awake. If I come back this way, I will check out other RV parks in the area before coming back here.

Full timers extremely friendly and helpful. Deli has varied menu with fresh offerings to enjoy. Dog run smells badly and not recommended for pets with delicate tummys. Advertises that there are water aerobics and crafts provided which is untrue. Only offered by volunteers so very haphazard. Owners promise improvements which are never fulfilled. Maintenance for sites and facilities depends on staff being at the site and not with owner doing personal projects.

We had a really great time staying here. Loved the views of the whole area (Bullhead City, Laughlin and the Colorado River). Our site was a good-​sized, level pull-​through with nice landscaping and a palm tree (gotta love palm trees!). The onsite convenience store/​deli was a really nice touch… saved us from having to run into town for a couple of «necessities» (OK… so wine and ice are not necessities, LOL!).
Nice people, nice location, nice park.
We would definitely stay here again.

A nice RV resort in the land of snow birds.
Pros– amazing view, competitively priced, on-​site gym, laundry, pool/​hot tub, super quite, safe, dog-​run, nice staff.
Cons– No grass anywhere so your puppys paws get a little rough, most lots aren’t level, super slow wifi,
The pro’s out weigh the cons and when we come back I will stay here again… I have toured other rv parks/​resorts and this one is by far at the top of the list.
