My fiancé and I rented a few cocktails tables and linens for our engagement party and they worked out great! We originally found a place that had a slightly better deal, but was located far away to where I would not be able to get them back that same day or even the next day. 3 Little Birds not only price matched my first choice, but gave me an extra day AND met me closer to my place to pick up the tables. Thank you all so much for helping make our party just what it was!

We were really happy with their services. They went above and beyond for us and made our Thanksgiving extra special. We waited last minute to order rentals for our Thanksgiving event and they were able to accommodate all of our needs. We needed 2 extra tables the night before and they were so quick to answer and deliver. Thank you Jessica for your awesome communication and services. We will definitely use your services again!

Professional, experienced, and very competent. What you expect, what you need, and what you deserve for your wedding or event. In our initial consultation with 3 Little Birds Event Planning we described what we were thinking and our budget, and not to mention our compressed timeline. 3 Little Birds Event Planning was upfront about the challenges of the timeline, but expressed confidence that it could be done. Venue and vendor options were presented to meet our budget as well as options and ideas that were outside our budget should we want to incorporate additional things.
Planning any project and event takes a very organized, detail oriented, experienced and well connected planner/​company. But when it comes to a wedding, you only have one chance, there are no do overs, and you need someone who will make everything happen. Jessica Smith (3 Little Birds Event Planning) is all of the above and more. They can handle all of the business aspects (contracts, vendors, schedules, timelines, permits, etch, etc), but she also has an artistic eye and design style that provided such amazing ideas and direction to enhance and implement our theme. Trust me the small details that you may not think about make a HUGE difference.
With my work schedule so hectic it was impossible for me get decorations or run around doing errands. Having a full service planner was not only helpful it was necessary. The money I would have lost from missed work, by far covered the difference between a day of event planner and full service planner. My recommendation is to go with the full service planner… it gives you the opportunity to have your event and vision grow organically as you meet and continually consult with your planner… not to mention the time and headaches your save yourself, trust me you will thank yourself for it.
3 Little Birds Event Planning is established and has many vendor connections (Florists, DJ, Photographers, Catering, Venues, Decorations, etc., etc.). What I really like is the fact that 3 Little Birds/​Jessica Smith doesn’t force or pressure you to use her vendors. We vetted her vendors and chose to go with some of them, and some we didn’t. All the vendors she recommended are professional and established and we were very pleased with the vendors she recommended. The vendors we didn’t use were not because of anything deficient, but rather because we had existing industry contacts and already knew great photographers and videographers. 3 Little Birds worked with the vendors they provided as well as the one we selected independently and brought everything together seamlessly.
On the big day, things could not have gone any smoother. I was impressed, as were all of the guests. I was able to be present in the moment and truly enjoy our special day. All I can say is thank you, it was a true storybook/​fairytale wedding.

We used 3 Little Birds for our day-​of coordination earlier this month. From our very first meeting, my husband and I really liked Jessica and Dustin. We had met with other coordinators, who didn’t give us the same cheery vibe and we knew we had to book them .
We hired Dustin and Jessica pretty early on, so there was no need for constant contact. However, that didn’t stop Jessica from checking in with me to see how things were going. Her attention to detail is quite impressive and she really gets down to business.
As with all wedding planning, plans are amorphous. What started as a simple wedding with 200+ guests quickly ballooned into 300+. To make things slightly more complicated, we also had our reception and ceremony at two different venues, and quite a large bridal party that included 17 bridesmaids and groomsmen, 18 sponsors, 2 ring bearers and 4 flower girls. Both Dustin and Jessica admitted they had never handled a traditional Filipino wedding, but we could never tell! They kept everyone in line and on point!
From the morning of, every minute of our day was accounted for and we had no hiccups. My makeup artists even commented on how smoothly hair and makeup went because of Jessica’s detailed itinerary. We never ran behind, and surprisingly, me and the new hubby even had some alone time to relax before our grand entrance, which I heard never happens.
After spending a year on the every little detail of my reception, I felt some trepidation just handing over all of my stuff and trusting that everything would be where it needed. However, both Jessica and Dustin assured me that everything would be fine. Even the night before, I went into a slight panic since I could not contact one of my vendors. Jessica assured me that she would take care of it, and later I learned, that she and a bridesmaid already devised a backup plan, in case my vendor flaked. (Of course, I didn’t know this until later!) But, Jessica really wanted to make sure that I was stress free on my wedding day and that she would handle it! Luckily, the vendor pulled through and everything came out great!
Dustin really brought my my rustic vintage vision to life. In fact, he added his own touches which came out really beautifully! During dinner, they made sure we ate and always had a drink, mingled with our guests, while still sticking to the timeline.
When I woke the next morning, everything was packed away in our hotel room, and I have no idea how and when they were able to make that happen. It was amazing; they are like real life ninjas!
Everyone had a blast at my wedding, including us, all because of Jessica, Dustin and their team. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help with our wedding!

How can I start writing a review bout this amazing company? Words cannot express my eternal gratitude. Thank you Jessica, you are truly an amazing human being.
Here is a little bit of my story. I was referred to 3 Little Birds by the catering company I had hired for my weeding. From my first email exchange with Jessica I knew I was going to hire 3 Little Birds to be the bartending service provider for my wedding.
Well, after I had it all planned out and ready to go, my wedding venue in Simi Valley cancelled on me. I found myself, less than two months away from my wedding date, without a venue and with all my vendors contracted. I called Jessica and explained my situation, she was not only so professional and caring about the whole situation, but she jumped right in and tried to help me finding another location.
Making a long story short, the place that I actually got married did not allow me to bring any outside vendors, so I decided to ask 3 Little Birds if they would be available to work on my rehearsal dinner. They had the date available and committed to it.
Well, let me just start by saying that I decided to do my rehearsal dinner on my backyard, which as it is now, has absolutely nothing special to it. I rented all the tables, chairs and glassware from Jessica. When they arrived at my house, I had to leave right away to go to my rehearsal. When I returned, OMG I could not believe my eyes. My backyard looked AMAZINLY BEAUTIFUL. Jessica felt so sorry for my entire wedding situation that she not only brought all the items I had rented, but she added a BUNCH of other things and upgraded the chairs.
The service was amazing, they always have a smile on their faces. My rehearsal dinner was a huge success. My guests were asking me why I would even bother to have a wedding reception after such an amazing dinner party.

Jessica is Awesome. I found her on Unilocal.Read the reviews and was sold. She was the only one out of the three other places I e-​mailed that responded that same day. So we set up a consultation to meet her. As soon as we met her we knew she was the perfect person for the job. Best decision ever! Everything went perfect thanks to her. She was my sister’s Day of Coordinator. But was in constant contact with my sister the whole month before the wedding. She was always available for any concerns, suggestions or advice the bride needed. Always answered quickly and with a great attitude. The timeline she sat and worked out with the bride and groom was awesome. The photographer was very impressed and said she had never seen something so detailed and organized. Jessica was amazing! She was extremely helpful with planning our wedding. She sat down with us for over 2 hours to create a timeline, she even helped create a hair and makeup timeline! She was very responsive at answering emails and always professional. I seriously don’t know what we would have done without her and Dustin on the day of! She kept us calm and on time and made sure the whole night ran smoothly. Even our guest complimented us on how great they were! I can not say enough good things about 3 Little Birds, I highly recommend them!

Jessica is A W E S O M E!!! Honestly don’t know how everything would’ve turned out if it wasn’t for her! Super thankful! I didn’t really know what I was doing with my party planning but I really wanted everything to go smooth so I decided to call 3 Little Birds Event Planning. I was scared at first but when Jessica called me back she was sooooo helpful and easy to talk to! I originally asked for her help on the candy bar and she ended up helping me with the whole set up of the place which was so convenient! She is also a very great bartender! Jessica is fantastic! Since day one she was on top of everything! My wedding was perfect!

Jessica and her team stepped in at the last minute and pulled everything together for me for the day of my event. It allowed me to focus on the nearly 100 guests I’d invited and not have to worry about the caterer, bartenders, wait staff, valets, photographer, flowers, set up, etc. Jessica was professional and handled all the vendors respectfully, as well as attended to needs of the guests. I appreciated her ability to anticipate their needs, respond to their requests and do it all so seamlessly. As one who plans corporate events myself, I know the attention to detail that it takes in order to accomplish a successful event. Jessica definitely did that and I would trust her and her team to do another event for me — without question. If you are looking for someone to plan, organize and manage your event, so that you can actually enjoy it, then 3 little birds is your event planning team.

Three Little Birds Event Planning is spectacular!!! In fact, my husband and I can’t imagine our wedding day without Jessica Smith and her fabulous partner Dustin! We were blessed to have Jessica as our Day Of Coordinator for our June 14^th wedding this year! From our very first meeting we knew that she was the perfect person to have in our corner. She’s amazingly detailed and highly creative. Her experience and ideas helped to make our general plan very specific and workable. And, she made sure every detail of what we wanted was executed perfectly. She even helped with our flowers… making my very beautiful bridal bouquet. We had a an amazing venue, but having to bring everything we definitely had some logistical challenges… Guests had to be shuttled to the site, and we had to changeover our room from ceremony to reception within an hour. Needless to say, everything went off without a hitch! Through the rehearsal, all of the vendor deliveries, the setup and breakdown, the coordination of our activities, interfacing with the wedding party and all of our wedding participants and guests… Jessica and her Three Little Birds were superb! I highly recommend her services! She makes magic! We loved working with her and I imagine that anyone else who works with her will love her too!

3 Little /​birds did the summer office party at my house for over 100 people; They thought of everything, entertainment for adults and children, safety in the pool… The food was amazing, the decorations beautifulr. People stayed an hour longer than planned, that’s a sure way to know we all had a good time; And they left my place perfectly clean! A perfect 5 stars

Jessica is one of the best people we’ve ever worked with in our LIVES. She was SO smart, thorough, helpful, attentive, creative and hardworking. We had a very unconventional wedding at an extremely challenging venue in Malibu — a venue on the side of a mountain with no cellphone reception and no WiFi — and despite all the crazy logistical difficulties, Jessica helped us pull it all off without a single hitch. The day of the wedding, she and Dustin worked until 4AM, and only stopped because the venue owner begged them to go get some sleep. Throughout the entire planning process, Jessica always remained AMAZINGLY sweet and wonderful to deal with, despite all the stress inherent in wedding planning. In the end, I really have no idea how we could have made our wedding happen if not for Jessica. She saved the day many times, and we feel forever grateful for her gigantic help in creating the best day of our lives.

Jessica was my day of coordinator and our wedding day was perfect!!! There wasn’t any hiccups at all that day, well at least none that I knew about. Her and Dustin were fabulous and on top of it. I was a pretty organized bride and I didn’t mind doing a lot of the planning so I didn’t feel like I needed the partial planning services, but it was helpful knowing someone was double and triple checking all my contracts. She reminded me of the small important details. We met a week prior to the rehearsal and she made a precise timeline, she was able to put me at ease and I was able to trust her with everything. Jessica also handled our rehearsal, great. My bridal party loved her, and listened to anything she told them to do. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. They guided me through and found me the best venue, décor and caterers for my budget! And the best part is they do it all with genuine care and warmth! If you have a special event and want it to be beautiful and stress-​free, I highly suggest you put all your eggs in 3 Little Birds basket!

3 little birds have nothing little about them. They are great and definitely know what they’re doing!!! They’ll turn your everyday party in to a huge celebration for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
They organized my engagement party recently. When our guests showed they were stunned by the beauty and detail of everything. Their design strategy is not only gorgeous but it is unique and elegant. I really loved how creative they were with the centerpieces and décor.
