Alameda & Main Chevron Station

As a cashier/​gas station clerk, this facility is on of the worst in such a great area to be in!
The restroom was filthy, the cashier was on his cell phone wile attending Customers and wile I was pumping gas, the cashier decides to take a break smoking a cigarette right next to the propane containers! Did I mention that there was no window wipers to clean my windows! I guess you can’t gong 5 star service anymore. Sad!

I’m sad to see other Unilocalers gave this place 1 or 2 stars. I personally didn’t stay here long enough to see if they’re racist, but here’s why I gave it 4 stars:
— I thought the gas station was well lit, had plenty of bays to fill up.
— Unlike many gas stations which has their air/​water in the tiny corner of the lot, this place has it near the convenience store, with plenty of space to maneuver your car to gain access.
— Their gas prices i the same for cash or credit. So many places (especially in Orange County) charge you 10c more for using credit.
I did find a Chevron about ½ mile away which was 3.73 instead of 3.79 a gallon, but if you’re in a bind for gas, does .06 cents really make a huge difference?

Racist and Petty! PLEASE BOYCOT!
After going here for years for gas I stopped by on my bicycle with a flat tire and Edgar refused to give me air stating that it was for customers only! I explained that I have been going the gas station since before the kid was born but he said that I needed to buy gas if I wanted to get air according to his manager Mike Helio. I was on a bike and had no money, how was I supposed to get gas? I told him that I thought that he was being very cheap and he replied that «I WAS THE JEW!» For sake of decency and our burbank community please boycott this station. The 76 gas station 2 blocks away on Victory was more that happy to allow me to use their air and I will never go to that Chevron again!

Well, after being a loyal and dedicated customer for oh… over 15 years, I finally found out the true colors of the owners.
They are more interested in money than in customer service, or customer loyalty. I will never, ever, ever go there again. And trust me, I will tell ALL of my friends not to go there either… They do not treat you with respect or dignity. They are bullies!

I stopped in here only because it was on my way to the freeway and I really needed gas. To my dismay, the prices were higher than any of the nearby gas stations and not just by a few cents. Also, the person who worked inside was standing outside smoking a cigarette… yikes! I got my gas and quickly departed.
