Great guy who obviously loves his job. I took my horn in to get the bearings’ vertical play adjusted. He’s not cheap, but I learned the hard way not to have it done by any of the shops nearby that really only specialize in piston valves or slides. After reminiscing about when he worked for the (now long gone) company that built my horn, he wrote me up and had it done when he promised. The valves are quiet again, and I’m thinking about going back for some custom work… maybe a new leadpipe some day.
