Had 2 of my windows smashed at an inopportune time where Auto Fast Glass set me up with the soonest appointment in Burbank and all I could do was drop my car off and head out to a crazy long, chaotic work day. So much stress relieved when I came back to a usable vehicle… he even cleaned up the glass fragments left behind in my car from the break in! He went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

Low price, great work and they come to you. The only thing that keeps me from rating 5 stars is that they didn’t quote me $ 20 for re-​installing rain sensor over the phone, and the installer asked for it on site.

Great customer service, Shawn helped me over the phone and he hooked me up fast and very reasonable. I had called at least 5 places and they couldn’t do it for at least 2 – 3 days out and the cheapest windshield I found was $ 350 plus tax. Shawn did it for $ 225 out the door. He sent out Joaquin to do the work and he was also great and very professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I was stuck with a broken windshield on a Friday and needed to fix it ASAP because I was leaving for Vegas literally the same night. So I called a few auto glass places for quotes and pretty much just wasted my time. The guy I spoke to over the phone for this place was the sweetest! And I think he was even the owner. He is the epitome of good customer service. He gave me the best price out of about the 10 places I called and offered to send a technician faster than the rest as well. Everything was conducted incredibly fast and professionally. To the guy I spoke to over the phone, you completely saved my birthday weekend and my car looks good as new, so thank you!

Their customer service and pricing is excellent. I had the glass of a side mirror fall off. Somehow it didn’t break! I called Auto Fast Glass to make arrangements to bring my car in to their location and they said they would come to me. Super convenient! They showed up, glued it back on and were very fair with their price. Highly recommend.

After a crack on my windshield, I’ve found this local business with a high Unilocal review. I dealt with the owner-​Murdoch for my 2014 Santa Fe, who was utmost professional and courteous. He walked me
through the process and ensured the new windshield was installed to my liking, which was a surprise given the industry is not exactly known for professionalism.
I would recommend Murdoch and his company to my friends and family, since I know they will be taken care of!

Waking up to a busted car window was not my ideal morning – especially when I had to hurry off to work meetings. I called 5 other places to get quotes, and Auto Fast Glass had the best deal. The owner promised a workman would come to my job to replace the window in a specified time frame. I got a call a little while later stating that the workman could no longer make it in that time frame, so the owner himself drove to my location because he said he made a promise to be there. This definitely goes above and beyond customer service!
The owner was very friendly, quickly replaced the window, and showed me the damaged areas where the person broke in. I’m glad I have this place as a resource in case the same thing happens again (which is unfortunately inevitable living in the city).

Great customer service. They were able to replace my windshield and right side window within an hour. All workers are very friendly and the price is reasonable. I spent only $ 340. I called with an emergency and they were able to help me ASAP.

Needed the front windshield of our 2014 MB C250 replaced. Since it was the weekend, it was hard looking for a place that was open that had our windshield in stock. I called Auto Fast Glass and I was told they only do service calls on weekends. They took down my vehicle info and they said they could get my windshield done by that afternoon. They gave a quote (which was lower than the other places I called) and I set my appointment. They arrived at our house on time and they worked on my vehicle in a very fast and professional manner. I am very pleased with their service. If ever I need my car windows or windshields replaced, I will definitely give these guys a call. Thank you Auto Fast Glass :-)

I was referred to Auto Fast Glass from a neighbor. The quote I got was better than others. They could come out within a day and came to my house. I was given a time frame of 10 – 12 and I was very happy when they showed up a little early. The man who came was very friendly. It took about an hour to be done and it looks great. Hopefully my windshield doesn’t get a crack for a long time but if it does I will be returning to Auto Fast Glass.

Fast, friendly, good price and great work. You can go there or they can come to you. He cleaned up the broken glass on the inside of the car going above and beyond.

If you’re going to go to any person to get your window repaired go to my man Murdok. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what he’s working with. And hes negotiable he helped me a broke ass college student for a good price. No b.s. call them up theyll really help you out.

If your windshield broke this is the place to go. Their repair service is on time, friendly and gets the job done quick! There was a misunderstanding on the price in the beginning tho but it was quickly cleared up. Def recommend!

I WAS RIPPED OFF.
Someone broke the back quarter-​glass on my 2004 Honda. I read the positive reviews on Unilocal,and decided to go with Auto Fast Glass to replace it. I sincerely regret it.
Even though I have an extremely common car, I know that finding that window might not be easy. I called and they assured me they would have the right one, and the price would be around $ 200. When they arrived, the tech took out the old glass, cleaned up the debris. When he got to installing the new glass, he looked a bit puzzled. He made a call **. Then he put the new glass in. They charged me $ 220.
I’m not an expert, but it seemed like he had to use an unusual amount of glue to get the window onto the car. I was in a hurry, (since I had to go on a trip the next day,) and let him do his thing. An hour later, while running errands, I looked and saw that the door didn’t even close right! Further inspection showed huge gaps where the window wasn’t even in contact with the body of the car. –It seemed light showed through the seam, and even the window-​stripping seemed screwed-​up!
I called the owner, and he asked me to hurry over to HIS office. When I got there, he gave me a song-​and-​dance about how it’s not factory glass (–But high quality!) It’s the right glass for the car, –even though it doesn’t fit the car! ((**I’m sure he was on the other line of that call, telling that tech to put in, even though it was the wrong item.)) I tell him this is unacceptable. I have to go on a long business trip, but I expect something to be done. He offers to call Honda and order a brand new window (at something like $ 350 more!!) I tell him I’ll have to wait to make a decision, and drive off with the bad window, so I’m not leaving my car on the streets without a window at all.
When I get back from my trip, I text again, and he asks for my VIN, so he can order the $ 350 glass from Honda. I coincidentally had to go to the dealership (for the airbag recall,) and the Honda dealer found me a guy who installed a perfectly fit, used Honda window for $ 150. (What I wanted all along for my 11 year-​old car!)
Spoke to Auto Fast Glass today. Now he tells me the glass was always the right glass, and his BAIT-​AND-​SWITCH tactics are perfectly normal. «Read your receipt» he told me. «There are no refunds.» –Oh, he said he MIGHT offer to buy back the bogus glass he installed the first time! After 10 minutes of yelling in my ear, he put me on hold, then never came back.
If you’ve been in LA long enough, you’ve been screwed over by plenty of people. I’m looking into what options I have now: Small Claims Court, LA City Attorney. I think these are BAD GUYS who will do a BAD JOB, and dare you to do something about it. But if you want someone to install the WRONG window on your car for twice the price, give ‘em a call!

PLEASE READ THIS!!!
I needed my 2003 BMW 530i front windshield molding replaced. After calling a few places I soon found out that you cant just replace the molding you have to replace the whole windshield. The guy at Auto Fast Glass is the only one that was willing to help me. He told me he can put a universal after market part for only $ 40. He also in great detail explained and warned me how it was not going to look no where near as good as the original part, but it would look better than what I have. I watched him work under 110 degree weather for about 30 minutes and could not believe that much work was going to cost only $ 40. When I saw the final product I was disappointed on how it looked, but it was EXACTLY what he had explained to me and it was better than what I had before. When the owner saw that I was disappointed he immediatly told me I don’t have to pay him.
There was now way I was not going to pay him, because he delivered exactly what he had promised when everyone else did not want to even help me. I tried to pay him and he would not take the money. Finally after me being very persistent in paying him, he finally agreed to take only $ 20. I wish he would have taken the $ 40 because I watched him work his but off in the horrible heat and he deserved every penny of the $ 40!
This is only my 2^nd time writing a review and felt that public should know what a good person the owner is. People like him you come across very rarely, especially in LA County. Moving on forward I will take all my business to him and refer everyone I can to him. I’m so impressed by his ethics and willingness to help a stranger. If anyone ever deserved a 6 star rating, it is him.

I have a 1999 ford expedition with big crack on the windshield, one of my friend gave their phone number. I went to this shop and asked them to replace my car windshield, Murdoch offered me the best quality and fast service ever, price was unbelievabl lower than all other places, thanks mehrdad i will definitely pass your number to all my friends who needs any car glass or windshield.

I had a great experience with these guys service. I talked to Edna at the front desk and she was very helpful, cheerful and encouraging – a welcome tone since I had just had a window smashed in my car and a laptop stolen. She sent a crew out very quickly and they installed the glass just fine. They also vacuumed the glass pieces out of my car. Very nice people. I would recommend them. Note: they came from Burbank to Hollywood without any fuss.:-)

I had a hidden chip at the top of my windshield that escaped my attention. Once it started cracking, it did so aggressively. I’m a DIY kind of guy and usually do all my own auto work. I’ve had experiences with auto glass shops in the past and recall paying $ 300+ for replacements. As times are tight, I put off getting the windshield done and lived with the annoying crack that started at the top of the driver’s side, moved down half way, then across all the way to the passenger side. It grew to be so annoying and I finally caved (especially because I didn’t want to get a ticket for the damage). So I called around.
Auto Fast Glass lives up to their name. They were friendly, quick, and personable. I called them at the end of their business hours and they had my glass ready the following morning. I live around the corner so I thought I’d just visit their shop. But honestly, you don’t have to. They’ll come to you for free and install at your home or work. When you visit them, it’s a small upstairs office with a truck. So if you’re looking for them, good luck. They’re on Olive Ave, but behind the store fronts facing the street.
They did a great job, and the price was less than $ 180 with installation on my 2004 Jeep Liberty. This came at a huge relief for me as I was expecting much much more.
If I need to, I’ll be back to visit them again as my first choice. Thanks guys!
