Not only were the people who work there as nice as could be, the Chevy HHR 2008 was in Mint condition. I have been dealing with used car dealerships my whole adult life and this was «hands down» the best experience I have had buying a used car. the HHR runs so nice it is replacing my Honda Fit as my main car.

These guys want to sell you a good car. They carry their own financing and their prices are reasonable .

One star is generous. I bought a car here recently and fully regret it. After sitting in their non-​air conditioned office, I asked if the AC in the car I was buying worked. I was half-​joking but they still told me yes. Before I got into the car I purchased, they told me they had just repaired the headlight that was out and I thanked them. Got into the car and SURPRISE! The AC didn’t work. Neither did the heater. And the car key battery was dead. And there was less than ¼ tank of gas. As I drove home, every single dash notification came on. And oh, my headlight is out. GREAT.
Additionally, now 2 weeks after my purchase, they’re calling and saying they need me to sign additional forms (why was this not done when I was there?) and need other information that should have been done before I even drove the car off of the lot.
Man do I wish I could drive this piece of crap back onto the lot…

Let me start by saying the service is HORRRIBLEE!! This place sold me a junk car, had to spend so much money to make it run, it was my first car so I didn’t know any better. do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place!

Best place to buy used car ! Found nice Toyota Camry but didn’t know should I buy form this place or not base one the reviews but I’m glad I didn’t misjudge ! Got great deal and customer service was behind and total experience was outstanding I got approved for the car I wanted and deal was unbeatable ! I will recommend this place to all Unilocalers ! I was very nervous to do a trade in and get a another car. I called before I went there and they car that I had my eye on was and I test drove it and I love it. The process was so easy. Definitely recommend Autoworkz to my family and friends. I walked out there very happy with my purchase and the whole experience.

My experence with Autoworkz, was spectucular the employess are very professional honest and reliable. I just purhcased a used car and it had certified warrenty.

Worst experience. I went to the dealership after calling regarding a particular vehicle advertised on
for $ 8,900. At the dealership I was told that the price was $ 10,800. I pointed out that it was advertised for $ 8,995.00 OK, that was the price we started to negotiate on. I than told them that I had a Trade-​in I would like $ 4,500.00 for, the amount I still owed on.
The owner or manager sat down with me and started negotiating. He would only be able to give me $ 2,500.00 for my trade-​in, and on a piece of paper he added $ 2,000.00 to the $ 8,995.00, telling me that would be a great deal for me, out the door, taxes, registration, all included.
I questioned why he would add $ 2,000.00 to the purchase price for the trade-​in. We essentially arrived at a higher price they initially wanted — $ 10,995.00, even though it was advertised for $ 8,995.00!
I questioned how, if I would be paying ALL CASH, they would get my trade-​in essentially for free and I would still end up paying $ 2,000.00 above the advertised price. The owner/​manager than tells me that since I still owed $ 4,500.00 on the car, and he would only be able to give me $ 2,500.00 for it, he would add that $ 2,000.00 difference to the purchase price. (does that make sense to anyone? If so, please educate me, I might be a little slow.) My current NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION would pay the dealership the difference between the negotiated trade-​in value and the amount still being financed. To recap: I would pay $ 10,995.00 for a $ 8,995.00 advertised car, they would get my car plus get $ 2,000.00 from my Credit Union.
Another option would be for me to sell my trade-​in privately, and simply pay $ 9,100.00 for the car I was planning to purchase. I asked if he would sell my trade-​in on consignment. Sure, he could, he would advertise it for me for about $ 1,000.00, no up-​front cost, they would simply deduct that cost from the sale. I asked how much I would be making, to ascertain that I would get enough to pay off what I owed. They would advertise it for $ 6,500.00 and I would pay the $ 1,000.00 for the fees out of that. I have no problem with Capitalism at work, but paying them $ 2,000.00 ABOVE the advertised price AND them getting $ 4,500.00 from my Credit Union goes beyond Capitalism. That is outright criminal!
I obviously walked away, never to return. My trade-​in was a 2001 Mercedes CLK320 in PERFECT condition.
I suspect that within a month or 2 a Positive Review will appear here by another Female Buyer, as this is what the pattern seems to be…

Went here the other day to find a car and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Moti was extremely professional and patient with me. He helped cater to my needs and got me the best deal for the car I wanted. Thank you autoworkz for your professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely refer Moti to friends and family.

Worst experience in this country! BEWARE
First, they sold me a junk, after fighting with them for a month (because the car needed to change the engine head and the cost to fix it came out more than half the cost of the car) they changed my car by another car, then it took three months to give me the plates and when they did, I realize that I had paid $ 150 for vehicle license fees and they only paid $ 42, they STOLE me $ 108! The attention by the owners was horrible, Steve spent four months saying he did not speak Spanish to not take care of the situation and is a lie! the last day of my claim he spoke to me in Spanish. The girl doing administrative work too rude. Josh and Luigi are good people and always helped me, but can not work honestly if the owners are crooks who are not interested to serve customers well.

Moty was extremely nice the last time I came in. Changed my experience completely. If you have a problem they help out in anyway they can. Pretty good cars definitly recommend them! Great place

I have a lawsuit against them since 2011 and the pathetic owner Faizan Kamal (moty) won’t pay up even after he have lost the law suit. Would you really want to do business with some one who is even playing with the law? I wouldn’t! It disgust me how low ppl can actually go! Even a 1 star seems too much for this junk yard! Im gonna continue to run after him for my $ 3000 back. Don’t Make the same mistake i made when i was 18.
Oh and btw. THE ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FROM THERE FRIENDS AND RELATIVES! At least I don’t think people can be stupid enough to make the same mistake twice by buying a second car from them. Because you cannot possibly be happy with any car you buy from them. So that is obviously a scam! Well be careful if you wish to proceed to do business with them. I would hate to see the same thing happen to some one else that happened to me!

Don’t even try to visit this place. Service is terrible, cars are in pretty rough conditions and for a very high price compared to similar ones. Walk a block and go to the Chevy dealer, you’ll find way better deals, service and facilities.
We arrived and we weren’t even greeted, they all saw us come in and ignored us even after trying to ask questions about the available cars. The offices are in really bad conditions and smell terrible, imagine having to do all the paperwork while sitting there for hours…
Don’t bother… Go next door to Community Chevrolet, we will never regret taking that decision.

Certainly not the best experience I’ve ever had.
Came in to test drive a car I had seen online via
. Noticed that the car was immediately due for replacement tires. Sat in it for a little bit, let it idle, and noticed that the needle wasn’t holding a steady RPM. Oh well, might as well test drive it, see what the car’s like anyway and how it handles, yadda yadda.
I didn’t even get a full 3 blocks away from the dealership before the car died on me during the test drive. Fired the engine back up again, made another block, and it died a second time. At that point, I said to the guy, «You take the wheel.» The salesman told me that it could be due to the car needing a replacement battery. I’m not a mechanic, but I had a hard time buying it. I’ve never had battery issues that manifested themselves quite like that.
So, best case scenario: these guys are retailing cars that have defects that are apparent within 3 minutes of drive time. A thought to management: maybe hop in the car and drive it around before you wash it and put it on the lot for sale at a cost of more than 14 grand? What might that cost? 2.50 worth of gasoline, tops?
Worst case scenario: these guys are trying to put one over on you by offloading extremely poor and neglected merchandise in extreme states of disrepair.
I can’t read minds, and in fairness I don’t know whether they put that car on the lot knowing it had battery /​engine /​electrical issues beforehand, or whether it was just bad retail luck that their merchandise died on a customer, but either way it left a sour taste in my mouth.

This is a non biased review.
I have bought two cars from Autoworkz and my experience has been great. Lets be honest when your buying a used car your always taking a risk. I bought a 350z and an is 250. For the 350z I did have to replace the clutch right away a week after buying it but they did take responsibility and helped with the cost and they also helped me get approved which was great after trying in so many different places. We got a great deal on the beautiful is250. Do I recommend? yes I do. If you want to buy a rare beautiful car and get approved try Autoworkz.

–YOU MUST PAY FOR THE WARRANTY! It will save you a headache when you absolutely need to return the car. Trust me you will have to RETURN THE CAR!
I don’t want to ruin someone’s business, but they must change how they do things. I felt really disrespected and unappreciated as a customer when I left.
