I came here to get my car fixed after an accident. The car had to replace the airbag, seat belts, manual and other parts. For liability reasons they told me the parts would need to be bought new on some of it. Other parts they said they were gonna try to find used parts to reduce the cost. This place was recommended to me by my neighbor. They fixed the car a little over a week and I was back on the road. They were friendly and super nice.
Now it looks new like it wasn’t hit at all. Thanks again John and Jack!

Had a pretty bad rust problem around the «third» break light (top-​center) of my 2007 Jeep Liberty thanks to salt and moisture from the Midwest and Hawaii that I’d been putting off for a few years. Quoted about $ 500 by another shop to have it Bondo-​puttied, have the entire roof sanded and repainted to match the rest of the SUV, and a 5-​day turnaround.
Stopped in yesterday to get an estimate due to closer proximity to home than the other place. 5 minutes later, I had an estimate for the same price. Left my car for what I thought would be 3 or 4 days because I gave them no advance notice. Got a call today (1 business day later) that my car was ready. When I got there, they showed me pics of the repair process, explained what the cause was, what needed to be done and I was out of there in 10 minutes.
Ended up getting a whole new piece welded on, sanded down, and a spot-​paint job that matches the rest of the vehicle PERFECTLY! Literally good as new.
I actually created a Unilocal account to write this review because I was so impressed by the service I received here. John, the owner, is not one for small-​talk but he’s straight forward and knows what he’s doing. I’m always skeptical about estimated services, but this experience restored a lot of faith. No surprises; No games; Just the right fix, done properly, in an exceptional amount of time, for a reasonable price. Exactly what I was looking for.
Friendly heads up — they don’t take AMEX. Visa is no problem.

This is the best body shop in town. Everyone here is very professional and most important they do a great job on repairs and auto body paint.

These guys were great! Jack was super helpful. I was in a car accident that wasn’t my fault, so I was already super irritated. He made it very easy to get an estimate, drop off and pick up my car. He was very knowledgable about repairs and insurance company claims. I will definitely be using these guys again!

Jack is very fair and honest, I go here for everything from my emblems being painted to the whole side of my car, they do fine work here, jacks a car guy himself so I trust his work.

So the story goes… i was driving and a pole jumped right out and side-​swiped me. When I looked back, that pole moved back into position, but I swear, it moved.
Needless to say, I didn’t want to tell my story to the insurance company, they’d never believe me, so I went and sought out a quote. The range of quotes I got was remarkable. The request was to get the driver’s side passenger door and rear quarter panel repaired, there was paint work and body work to be done. I went to a little more shaddy place and got quoted $ 550, went to a very highly Unilocaled placed and they quoted $ 1625. B&B quoted me for $ 650, they used a computer program to do an estimation. Also, I had gotten a recommendation from an acquintance who said they do good work, so here I go, taking in my 14 month old car into the shop.
I spoke with John, the owner, they were effecient in helping me out. I scheduled a drop off time and 3 days later, as promised, the car was done. I am very meticulous with my cars, so I was hesitent at first and inspected it closely, but was happily surprised on how the body work turned out. The paint blending was very good, not perfect, the dent was removed and I can’t even tell the difference from when it was new.
The reason for the one star loss was that the car didn’t come back clean, there was still buffing wax on the car when I arrived, had to ask the guys to get rid of it. Also, for some reason, my car key was returned bent. Wierd, i know, didn’t notice it until i got home and it was difficult for me to remove it from the ignition, I had to lay it on a press and straigten it, but strange it got damaged.
Otherwise, the work here is good. Reasonable quote and appropriate turn around time. I’d take my car here again.

I have a mustang that I have had since my early twenties that I love more than any other car I have ever owned, driven, etc. This car has seen me through some pretty awesome times, a road trip with my sisters and my now deceased Mom, driving around with my now deceased Uncle who I bought it from, meeting my husband and tooling around with him while we got to know one another. The list of memories could go on for days.
I was hit by a wild man who ran and my insurance company refused to take care of all the damages. Thanks insurance, remind me again why I pay for you every month? I am getting off topic, I apologize. I had to have a sad conversation with my husband about what we should do. He recommended I give him some time to ask our regular mechanic if he had any recommendations for body shops in Burbank, and the time to get quotes from all of them. He recommended B & B, we drove her up there and waited patiently while he made a list of the things that needed repair. I held my breath, bearing for the worst. I thought he was going to quote an outrageous number that would be much higher than the Kelly blue book value.
We went over all the items and the total was super reasonable. I was hit on the front fender on the passenger side, not hard enough to inflict frame damage but enough to ruin my bumper, fender, headlamp, blinker, and passenger side rear view mirror. I also needed to have the windshield repaired because someone doesn’t know that you aren’t supposed to hit hot sun baked cars with water, let alone cold water. Not me, that was totally the hubs, and yes I am totally throwing him under the bus. I also decided that her paint job was in need of a freshen up, so we decided to have that done at the same time.
A little over two weeks after dropping her off at B & B, it was time to go and bring her home. It was Christmas time which is why it took longer than usual, which I totally understand, I want to be with my family during the holidays too! When we arrived at the garage I was so happy I probably seemed like a child riding its first roller coaster. I still can not get over how awesome of a job they did.
My mustang brings all the boys to my yard… usually with ample offers to purchase her. My reply is always and will always be the same, over my dead body. I plan on keeping her so pristine after this point that she will remain a part of my life for many decades to come. I really appreciate the craftsmanship and quality of the work, if anyone ever needs a body shop this will be my one and only recommendation.

The service at B&B was so stellar I had to dig up my old Unilocal login and let everyone know. It’s not just the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail that John and his team put into their work — that just goes without saying. I was pretty amazed at how quickly he was able to see and point out even the smallest dents in my car frame.
What makes B&B so special is how they go above and beyond what is called of them. For example, I brought my M3 in to get my rear bumper replaced from a traffic accident. John and his team not only fixed the bumper, but also washed it so clean I thought it was waxed. They also went ahead and addressed some of the engine warning lights that I had been ignoring, found me a fair vendor to fix my wheels and got me a quote (per my request), and fixed (for free!!! who does that!!!) a couple other problems with my car that I had been ignoring — mostly because I’ve been terrified of dishonest Body Shops and Mechanics.
B&B’s warm, straight forward, no-​nonsense style really makes you feel like you’re in good hands.
John has an old-​world charm and kindness that you just don’t find anymore; it feels less like a business transaction and more like two friends who are working out a fair price.

This place was recommend by my car mechanic to get body work done after an accident. I chose to just get the bumper fixed so it would not fall off. I took the car in and John (the owner) told me it would take about an hour and the price was just way too good.
While I waited, I got to talking with John about his Fly Fishing lures that he makes. He is such a pleasure to talk to, kind of like an uncle who is so fun to talk to and learn from. Him and his workers as well as his friends who were there were very nice offering me coffee and just being so friendly and hospitable.
If you need to get body work done, John is the MAN. And you may end up learning about fly fishing lures and more while you wait. Keep up the great work John!!!
