Good service in this location of the chain. We live in Pasadena and the Pasadena one didn’t have the car we needed and directed us to the burbank chain.

Had a great experience with these guys. They picked me up from the car repair place right when they should have and took me to their location (close by), where the rental car was waiting. Can’t remember whether it was a Corolla or a Camry, but it was spotless inside and out with a full tank of gas, just like it’s suppose to be. Was in the office getting the paperwork, etc. five minutes at the most. No delays in anything, and they were very nice too. The return was just as effortless. Good rates and great service. Highly recommend.

Great experience with this company. Economy rental cars are no different than those from major players. Mine had. Full tank of gas. More importantly, they are cheaper and the gentlemen I dealt with did not try to hustle me into buying extra insurance. On the contrary, he helped me call my insurance company and waited for them to fax over my proof of insurance. Would definitely use again.

I have rented cars from their Pasadena location. They charged $ 28 — $ 30/​day for economy car and that is a decent price if you need to pick up the car from Pasadena for a day or two. I didn’t have major trouble with their cars, but many of their cars are old (50K+ miles). Some cars are poorly maintained. Also they do not give the car with full tank of gas, so you need to return the car with a quarter or three-​eighths tank of gas in it. Also no weekly deals!
