I have known Robert for nearly ten years. In that time, he has maintained my network of smart phones, tablets, laptops and desktops. He makes sure my business and personal data is safe and sound and explains things in plain English, not technilogical mumbo jumbo.
My business has thrived on my level of customer service and attention to detail and I feel Robert’s work ethic matches mine. This gives us the harmony I need when working together and is why we have had such a long business relationship.

I have been doing business with Robert and his staff at Burbank Computers for years. They help maintain (and upgrade when really necessary) my small business IT equipment and software. They also keep the home front in good working order.
These days, we even count on Burbank Computers when our other service providers like the Satellite/​Cable/​Phone companies won’t provide the service we require.

As far as computers; I’m a moron. This, writing a review, is the zenith of my talents on these mysterious boxes. So… as one might imagine I have a pretty regualr habit of messing my pc up.
The guys at Burbank Computers rock. They’ve saved everything a few times. My PC died, I never backed up the million photos of my baby girl… They handed them to me on a disc 24 hours later. the laptop I bought after the PC had a few viruses… They saved it, told me how to protect it… I could keep typing but… you get the point…
They are honest, kind and clearly educated about this stuff… plus they offer customer service above and beyond any thing i experience in my day to day…
Try them out… You’ll be glad you did.
