Burbank Inn & Suites

No visitor policy!. The owner charged me an extra night after we agreed that we weren’t staying the 2^nd night he said he would refund our money and he never did! The location is horrible and the surrounding neighbors were very weird. staff are rude and the owner is the biggest jerk on the planet! Never again will I stay here. Housekeeping came in our room without knocking and there is no visitors allowed here or you’ll get kicked out by the little Indian guy that owns the place! Never again will I stay in Burbank becuz of this place!

Without my permission the owner entered my room while I was away and moved my luggage into another room that belong to a travel companion. When I came back from a evening out my key would not work in the room door. My travel companion noticed my bag was now in his room. No notice was given either of us. The owner had over booked the room to 2 separate parties and decided to double me up with my travel companion. We were shocked that anyone would enter the room and move my luggage without permission. The owner does not know ethical and safety boundaries about entering rooms that are paid for. This is also mentioned by other reviews on Unilocal.The seal around around the door allowed light in which means you can hear the noise from the freeway traffic just 1 block away. That road noise could be heard inside 7×24. Tiny pool that is only 3.5 feet deep. Room was clean. Apple/​Orange juice or coffee provided in the office during the morning. Water temperature in the shower is a little on the cool side. If you don’t mind the owner or his wife entering your room anytime they please then stay here. I will not return to this hotel!

Everywhere rise in the area was all booked up so I ended up here. It was 199 which I thought was a bit much but I had no other options. The room was very clean the beds were sift and they had nice thick comforters, lots of big nice pillows. The tv was bigger than usual hotel rooms which was nice. Very quite smaller mom and pops type of hotel. I would defiantly stay again it was surprising nice

Worst place I have ever stayed at. The rooms are ok, but I have never been treated worse by a person who I’m paying my money to !! Stayed for days, and got talked to like garbage and screamed at by the man in the main lobby for stopping by for a cup of coffee

We weren’t told about a credit check until we were paying the deposit. We were denied due to a low credit score. We didn’t know that they would run a credit check beforehand. And then it took 7 days to get my deposit refunded back. It only took 1 business day for my deposit to clear on their end, but 7 days to get it back. For those reasons, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Try an airbnb. I’m enjoying my experience being hosted by a lovely young Russian couple in North Hollywood.

Although this place does have a very low rating, my family and I still decided to stay here. From my experience here, this place treated us well for the price. We did a late check in due to our flight being delayed, which went smooth. Our room was spotless every time they provided room service as well. They have free juices in the morning, which wasn’t really expected. Only problem this place had was that there wasn’t enough parking spots available. Other than that, all in all, my family and I’s experience here was really good and because of that I would recommend them for a low cost place to stay.

I would normally never stay at a non Hilton/​Marriott hotel but as I booked last minute this looked like my best option. This is a decent little hotel and feels like it has been recently remodeled. And I found the ownership to be nice and friendly.
The Pro’s
The wifi is super fast so if you need to work from your room it’s a great!
I found the bed to be very comfortable.
The rooms have been recently re-​done so they are nice and clean, flat screen TV, king bed room has a small couch. new tiles,
The location is right next to the freeway and not far from the burbank airport so it’s easy to get around
The Con’s
I am 5’11 and the shower head was about at eye level
No breakfast (they do have coffee and juice)
Very small pool
Pulling into the parking lot seems to surprise the drivers behind me who are looking to get on the freeway.
The pillows (one seemed too small and two were much to big. I like the soft pillows that I can pile a couple together to make the perfect pillow.
I had a good stay and slept very well.

Omg… don’t come here. This place is a Nightmare !!! Horrible customer service. i paid for 3 days, and on the 2^nd day the maids came storming in without even asking and i was naked out of the shower yelling at them to get out !!
i also put the ”do Not disturb” sign outside on the door knob and they kept trying to come inside intruding my privacy. i kept telling them that i already paid for 3 days and the dumb maids kept saying ”check-​out… check out” on the second day in the morning.
The front desk girl was also very slow and dumb. i called to complain but she doesn’t care since she’s the daughter of the owners there.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The owner is extremely rude and almost has an aura of entitlement to your staying there. To be honest, I didn’t even get to my actual stay, despite having reserved a room. The Indian owner was so obnoxious, that I grabbed my stuff and left after exchanging words. This altercation all happened because I booked through Orbitz, it didn’t show up on his computer, so he refused to get on the phone with them despite be having my confirmation # in hand.

So hubby and I stayed here for one night. It’s a small hotel right next to the highway. We got the king sized bed room. We arrived too early. The man at the desk had a tone in his voice when he told us to come back at 2. I don’t think he was trying to be rude though. Came back and the lady checked us in. She was polite and asked us for room preference. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The bed is soooo comfy! I liked the bath tub too. Our room also had a mini couch and table. Very quiet and peaceful. The pool we didn’t have time to swim in. It’s very small but looked very inviting at night when it was lit up. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
I like that it’s right next to the highway it was very easy and is close by to a lot of places. Like about 5 min away on Burbank blvd there was the mall and theater. Very nice area.

I read some negative reviews of this place but wasn’t swayed. WHAT A MISTAKE! They were so true! They were rude on the phone (which I overlooked because the price was good) and when I got there they were unbelievably rude. I thought they were NEAR the freeway. NO, they’re just about ON the freeway. When I got there I asked if the room I had reserved was on the freeway side and the man behind the counter snarled «yes». I asked if I could see the room to see if I could handle the noise and he tore up my reservation card and said «you won’t be happy here». He then turned and went back into his lair. I wouldn’t go back if it meant I had to sleep in my car! I’ve never been treated so rudely in a hotel before. I’d give this no stars if I could. I simply don’t believe that the positive reviews aren’t from them or their friends or family. So I guess if your deaf and you don’t care about being treated with any kind of civility, this could be a good hotel for you.

Stay away this place. My mom was trying to stay there. The owner Indian guy is very rude and doesn’t speak english, so i don’t understand what he was talking about.

Avoid like the plague, get this, I call they refer me to their website for a reservation, I make it online, receive confirmation and cc charge, next next email saying I cancelled online (which I definitely did not), then when try to work out with manager he blames me. Thank goodness I had enough time to find another hotel in the area. YIKES, extremely rude staff & manager. I will also file with local COC, BBB and anywhere else I can think of…

Very comfortable clean rooms. Newly remodeled. Less expensive than local Marriott and at least as comfortable. Loved the bed mattress, linens. I wanted to sleep all morning. It felt luxurious. We just needed a place to stay for one night while in LA area. This couldn’t have been better.

My husband and i and another couple found this place on
and found there to be good reviews, so we booked here. We were only in town for one night for a wedding and the prices are reasonable compared to the others in the surrounding area.
We checked in a few minutes earlier than stated which was not a problem with the nice lady at the front desk. It felt like a hometown place and they were very friendly.
The process of checking in was quick and efficient. Internet password was easy to acquire and useful for not being from this area and needing directions and phone numbers.
We got to the room and noticed that it was very clean, updated and comfortable. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy. There was Bath and Body Works provided toiletries and coffee pods.
We read online that there was a complimentary breakfast and we were looking forward to that for the morning after the wedding. We woke up at a decent hour and inquired about the breakfast at the front desk. There was only juice and coffee provided with nothing else, so we were disappointed with that because now we had to find alternate plans, and fast.
We thought we had checked the room thoroughly before we left but in fact I had left my tablet in the bed. I didn’t find this out until we were back home the next day so I was devastated thinking room service had probably taken it. I called them up and they said they had found it and turned it in!!! I was sooooo happy!!! Thank you for turning it in and being honest and loyal to your guests. I had a friend pick it up and it was returned to me. Because of this we will be back to stay if we are ever in the area.

— Low bathroom ceiling. If you’re tall this place is not for you.
— Non-​smoking room, smell like smoke. We told the owner but they
refuse to replace the room for us.
— No Breakfast.
— No tea bags in the rooms.
— Dirty pool. We saw many hairs, insect… you name it.
— Can’t enjoy the pool area, next to freeway, noisy, and uncomfortable.
— No basic amenities, like No pen, No notes, no TV guide channel sheet…
— Under the mattresses were dirty. We told owner. They refuse to replace
a dirty sheet.
— We wanted to keep our room cool, so we left the AC on.
If you leave Air Condition on, the owner will come to the room and turn it
off while you’re not in the room. Every hour or so, we came to the
room the owner had turn AC off. The room was always hot! We finally
told them not to touch it so they frequent turning off became every
2 hours, vs every 30 minutes. Pretty annoying.
— They even unplug the Digital clock power cord while we were not in
the room, how rude!
— We had the room in the back, where the dumpster was behind it.
We told the owner this room stick because of dumpster, so the
owner lady said «Sorry» but they refuse to replace the room
(Hotel occupancy was ~30% and they plenty room available).
— We had three rooms, all the TV monitors in all three rooms were pretty
blurry. Also remote control sometimes did not work.
— Frig in the room was pretty noisy at night.
— Bathroom tub the water pressure is SO LOOOOOOW, extremely low.
LOW as hell. It took about 40 minutes to fill half of the
tub. Waste of time! Also the hot water temperature was
more like warm, not hot for the bath temperature.

This is not bad for around the $ 100/​night range. The rooms are perfectly clean but stuff just seems to not work sometimes, be it a tv remote, or wi fi. Nonetheless, it’s perfect for a business trip, just a short freeway drive to downtown, Dodger stadium. In an area of Burbank that can be a little weird at night but overall a nice area.

Very clean room. Huge king size bed. Big selection of cable channels. Very clean bathroom and bathtub. Since I love taking bubble baths it is VERY important the bathtub is clean and it is. The place is not the biggest hotel in Burbank, but the man checking me in was friendly. PLUS is that they also offer AAA discounts. So if your looking for affordable clean place with great customer service and close to downtown Burbank where you can go to movies and restaurants no need to look any where else!!!

It’s a small place, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s not too far from Universal Studios, and the best part is that it’s close to downtown Burbank where you can find many grat places to eat or just hang out.
Reasonable prices. The man at the front desk does not have the friendliest face, but he is actually not that bad.
