I’ve been dealing with Martina Lotun and Chris Templet for over 2 years now. They sold a condo for me helped me buy a new house. They are the best. I can’t imagine any real estate people spending more time and effort to take good care of their clients. When I was looking for a new house, they took me here and took me there, looking at many houses they thought I might be interested in. They ultimately helped me buy a house more than 90 miles from their base of operations. Martina and Chris handled everything for me and happily accompanied me on all day adventures to look at far away houses I was interested in. Separately and together, they are as good as it gets and I am very happy to consider them my friends as well as my realtors.

Martin Lotun is by far the best real estate agent we have ever had. My mother and I were buyers from Australia and had no idea about the industry here. Martina truly nurtured us and gave us honest guidance. She has strong ethics and morals and really looked after us. This is the lady to get! Thank you very much Martina:)

Very nice office. Very professional realtors. Our experience with Martina Lotun and Chris Templett could not have been better. True real estate professionalism! We must have looked at about 3 dozen homes and put in offers on 10 between 2013 – 2014. We finally found a gem in Atwater Village and are set to close this month.
